The Beeman Live Bee Removal

Horrific Experience! They don't deserve a star at all. Their website touts that they "save the bees" and relocate and that they are "non-pesticide and environmentally friendly" but that is absolutely false. Instead, they poison, kill and trap them inside walls to die. Jeff came to my house because of a hive in my exterior block wall. He had a makeshift vacuum and sucked some of them out (they died) and plugged a couple cracks up with mothballs. He said he'd be back the next day to get the rest and never showed. When I saw even more than before going into the entrance they created, I called and asked for a refund. Jeff came out and said he'd make a "trapout." Instead, I walked out of the house to find him stuccoing / trapping them all inside the wall and set out a bucket of poison for the ones who escaped! When I confronted him, he denied it but couldn't explain how anything was working. I have a video of him threatening me and refusing to leave my property, and had to run across the street to get help from a neighbor. That night, I could hear them buzzing from the inside of my house and before I knew it, they had found a hole from the exterior block where Jeff had trapped them to the INSIDE of my house. I had hundreds of dead and live bees all over my house! I reached out to a LEGITIMATE beekeeper. She came over and drilled into the cracks that Jeff had filled with stucco, set up proper trapouts and a bee box. Within a couple weeks, she ended up getting about 4,000 bees out of the wall safely and taking them to a hive. The experience with Jeff and his wife was awful and I would warn anyone against using their services.

My husband called The Beeman to have a hive removed. We specifically liked this company as they relocate the bees instead of spraying and killing them. It took him a while to remove everything as the hive was quite larger than expected. He had to remove a part of the wall to remove the hive. He patched and sealed the wall at the end and even offered to come back to paint the wall once we purchased paint. He even gave us a jar of honey from the hives at his bee farm. We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Did what he promised and gave me a 10 year warranty.

I had a HUGE bee problem in my backyard. The bees had made a nice little home under our shed and they were CONSTANTLY flying in and out from their little home. My poor dogs would keep getting stung and eventually yard work had to get done (because I WAS NOT going to do it with bees flying around!!!) So, finally I had enough and figured out that these little bees were here to stay (probably for good) and I was not about to have that! So, I GOOGLED "bee man" (I didn't really know what else to call it). I am a big environmentally friendly lover so when I read that they are a pesticide free company that doesn't kill the bees, I WAS ALL OVER IT! So, it was a Friday night that I Googled this. I hit the "contact" tap on their website. Filled in my info (Name, Email, Comment). THEN, Saturday morning, less than 24 hours mind you, I got an email from Elaine asking if I would be available TOMORROW between 3-4pm, for a free quote/estimate! Are you thinking what I am thinking?! Tomorrow is SUNDAY! I mean, I cant tell you how excited I was that someone would be working on a Sunday to come give me a FREE quote! And on top of that, she gave me a ONE HOUR window! So Jeff, the owner of the company, arrives at my house on Sunday at 3:43pm! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! He even called me at about 3:20 and gave me the heads up that he was on his way! When he arrives he kindly introduces himself and even was very friendly with my dogs :) He goes out back, takes a look under the shed (without a bee suit or anything, BRAVE), and says to me "well, the good thing is that these are JUST honey bees". LOL. So, now here are the details about what he is going to do. He makes it clear that there will be no pesticides involved. That he will in fact transport the hive and bees to a local farm, in Buckeye, so they could live happily there. This made me very happy! He proceeds to explain to me what is all involved. He will need to dig out about 6-12 inches under my shed. Remove the hive and bees. Then, seal everything up so I don't have this problem again. (though, The BeeMan does provide a 1 year warranty if I do have the problem again).I started thinking "oooh shoot, this is about to get expensive". He must have seen my "oooh shoot" eyes because he then says, "now I know this may not be in your budget and I am willing to work with you, but it'll cost you about $175! I thought, "THATS IT??" I was thinking he was going to tell me some outrageous number like 500 or something! So I was honest and told him it was reasonable and asked when it can be done! He came back the very next day, Monday at 4pm. I didn't even need to be home when he started (just when he finished so I could pay him). He was at the house for about 2 hours. When he finished, he came inside so I could pay him, and told me it would just be $125. Says it wasn't as difficult as he thought. NOW that is TRUE honesty. **Fun Fact: there was about 20 POUNDS of honey!! I couldnt believe it! TWENTY POUNDS!!! HOLY CANNOLI**
