We called Berklie and was able to get an appointment 3 days later at 8 am. Told us we would get our money back if it doesn't pass inspection ( rental property). She would clean the whole house. She was going to charge us $140 for just the cleaning and if I wanted the floors done too it would be $200 all together. She texted the day of and asked if 9 am would be okay. I was not at home so it wasn't a big deal. She did not text me when she got in. I texted her at noon and asked if she got in okay and to text me when she is almost done. She told me she would be done around 1230. I left work to go pay her and got there right before 1230. When I walked in she was still mopping. I was able to tell a difference in smell. Everything smelled clean. She had all my fans going and windows open. ( Never asked, nor turned off the air conditioning). She walked us through, bathrooms looked good, but she still had toilet cleaner in the toilets. She told us she cleaned the vents and they all looked great. I had puppies that made little messes in the master bedroom. She did get some marks out, but there was still a major mark. The carpet was still wet when we got there to do anymore inspections. The 2 other rooms, the dogs weren't allowed in so they already had clean carpet. She claimed that she cleaned the base boards but I pointed out some spots for her to go back over with. She told me she went over fans and washed some walls that looked like it needed to be cleaned. I also pointed some other spots that needed to go over. I had a built in shelf near the kitchen, completely filled with dust, i ran my finger on it and it was never touched. I asked if she can do this as well before she leaves. Cabinets smelled and looked clean for what I could see. The counter tops were still dirty, but she had her cleaning supplies, so I assumed she would do that before she left. She cleaned out my refrigerator, and that looked great. She told me she cleaned the oven and she opened to show me. I asked if she did the stove top and she did not. She told me I could go buy new ones at Walmart. I kept mine pretty clean so I wouldn't have to. I told her I normally scrub them, so she put them in the sink and used my Bath and Body Works Hand Soap to soak them in. Because I was only on lunch I had to go back so I told her the few things that I saw and that should be good. She told me multiple times that if I had any problems she can some back and fix it. I told her i would be back later to inspect. She called me at 1 and told me she was leaving. I came back the next day with my Land Lord to do a 1st inspection and there was some trash on my front porch. Walked in and the tile had streak marks. The walls and baseboards still never washed( throughout the whole house). Door and behind the door was dusty. I shut off all the fans to take a peek. The Kitchen Fan was completely missed. The back of the cabinets were not wipes down, they still had dust. The Living room and Dinning Room had the bottoms wipes but not completely. The top still had major dust. The same thing in the bedrooms as well. I have plantation shutters, and they seemed to be Swiffer dusted but not with a towel to completely clean them. My sliding glass door still had dog slobber marks and the tracks and tile near it never cleaned. The shelves I pointed out, still never touched. The Blinds in the bedrooms all still have dust, windows never cleaned. Bathroom light fixtures were never cleaned, toilets still had cleaner in them and left a ring. The floors in the bathrooms were all sticky. The hallway closet was also never touched. I also noticed all my clorox wipes, trash bags and febreeze was gone. I have never heard of a cleaning company not using their own product. I had my grandmother call Berklie the next day since I was still in the process of moving. Told her that she needs to come back. The Landlord went over the spots with sticky notes so she can get the areas cleaned, She told her she would come back the next day (Monday) at 8 am. I did not receive any texts or phone calls. When I got off of work I checked on the house and she never came. Today I have my grandmother call because I am at work and She tells my grandmother she isn't coming back and that she was already paid and that I said everything looked great. My grandmother told her, that she promised that we would pass as a guarantee and we would get our money back if that was not the case. She hung up on her and was very unprofessional. I am beyond upset and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
