We had used this company in 2010 to recover some patio furniture, and they did such a nice job that we had them redo a couple of the chairs again. The selection of materials is pretty extensive and we wanted to upgrade to a nicer (longer lasting) material for the chairs that we had done about 3 years earlier. The manager/owner provided the guidance and suggestions, and showed us examples of what was underway in the back room. Even with the upgraded material, thanks to our return customer discount, we paid pretty much the same as we had three years earlier. The chairs were ready in about a month, which was not a problem for us, as we had other furniture. When we went to gather the chairs once completed, we were very happy with the look.

We also asked if they could make new cushions for a couple of patio chairs that the material had been sun damaged to the point of starting to separate, and they took measurements and gave us an estimate that seemed reasonable, considering the quality of workmanship we had seen them do. We also had a 7 foot long bench I had built and needed a cushion custom made for it, which they easily accomplished. Again, we had to wait about a month for the final product, but were very satisfied with the quality of product we received.

We were very pleased with the wide selection of fabrics, the speed of service, the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the staff. Nu Look is also conveniently located in the central Phoenix area, not far from a freeway exit.

The price was reasonable and the work was first rate. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

They did about 15 pieces of furniture for us. They were really great. I would highly recommend them. The guys that came to the house were very polite. They were very reasonably priced compared to other companies that we looked. We dropped everything off to them, they delivered it when they were finished.

My experience with them, so far, has been very good. They have fixed two chairs and chase lounge and they will refinishing them. I will be spending around $300 on the project. They are the most polite and prompt business that I have dealt with in a long time. They are excellent. I will use them again in the future if required.

We found this company on Angie's List while looking for the last company that had reslung the chairs. Few companies exist now to resling this type of patio chair. My wife and I drove down to their location and talked with the owner about our needs. He was patient with our questions, discussing the various pros and cons of the materials he had available or could order. Rather than rush us through our decision, knowing that there were few competitors we could turn to, he took the time to ensure that we would be satisfied with our choices. The price he quoted was approximately what we had expected from our previous reslinging, with no increase for our choice of more unique and colorful fabrics. When we picked the chairs a few weeks later, we were blown away with how beautiful they now look! We are very happy with our choices. The owner also spent a fair amount of time discussing sewing machines with my wife, showing her what his company uses and recommending models and sources for sewing machines should she want to buy one.

I called and was able to get a quote over the phone. They came to the house, brought samples for me to choose from, picked up the chairs and delivered them back to us. (We paid an extra $90 for the pu and delivery, well worth it!) They had a nice selection of sample fabrics to choose from. The young man who brought the samples was very knowledgeable. The whole process was incredibly smooth and easy.

We chose to drop off the chairs at their store to save pickup/delivery charges. Very nice folks to work with. Matched the original vinyl color closely. They did an excellent job re-strapping the chairs and completed the work as promised. The chairs look like new and the vinyl straps are better than original. I would highly recommend this company.
