Description of Work: Our compressor went out on our fridge. I called 4 companies for price quotes. Roger the owner of North Valley Appliance called me back within an hour. The other 3 companies did not return my calls for 3 days. Roger was very nice and explained everything on the phone; price, service, timeline etc... He worked hard when he arrived at my house and did a great job on our fridge. His price was lower than the other companies and he was great to deal with.
