 + -1 moreI WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR GUARANTEE. ONE OF THE PALMS THAT I PAID NEARLY $300 FOR DIED AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT AS THEY HAD GUARANTEED THEY WOULD. THEY MADE AN EXCUSE THAT THE TREE HAD A FUNGUS, WHICH DID NOT MAKE SINCE BECAUSE NONE OF MY OTHER TREES DIED, JUST ONE, AND THEY DID NOT REPLACE IT.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED AND HAD PLANTED TWO QUEEN PALMS AND A FICUS TREE.

 + 1 moreTHEY MISSED THE FIRST DELIVERY DAY, BUT DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. EVERYTHING WAS PLANTED, BUT TWO WELLS AROUND BUSHES WERE A LITTLE SHALLOW. THE PLANTS ARE FANTASTIC AND ARE DOING WELL WITH THEIR EXTENSIVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS BEING FOLLOWED.
