They were fast, did an excellent job, and I will hire them again.

Their tree removal service was great, no complaints, but when it came time to bill my insurance company for service, as they agreed to before beginning the job, they tried to get me to pay instead saying they misunderstood that they would be filing with my insurance. I refused to pay them and let them know I made it clear several times before they began the job that they would be billing my insurance company directly and that I would not be paying them. I gave them all the info needed to bill my insurance and left it at that. Three weeks later they called me a said my insurance company has not paid them yet. I asked if they sent my insurance company an invoice for their services and was told that they did. So I called my insurance company and it turns out that they had just spoken to them for 2 hrs. before they called me. My insurance company told them the reason they were never paid was that they never invoiced them for the service. The tree company asked why could not they just give them a verbal amount over the phone without sending an invoice? They informed them that they must provide an invoice and were give instructions on where to email/fax it to and that they would be paid once they submit the invoice. I guess they did not like that because they called me afterwards complaining they were never paid. I am not exactly sure what their problem with formally billing the insurance company is but beware of this company and the antics they play. It is very disappointing since their tree removal service was top-notch. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them due to the games they played afterwards in regards to billing my insurance company.

1 hour from initial call to completion! Professional and friendly. Cleaned up like they were never there! Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend.

The trees were not trimmed all the way around. It seemed his strap that held him, was not long enough to wrap completely around the palm tree. He missed several **shoots** that must have been sprouting at the time he was trimming. We could not see them from our vantage point on the ground, but he would have seen them, had he been able to move to that side of the tree. We now have about 6 giant shoots that are about to open, and will be falling in our pool any day now. We also had/have alot of the bark from the top of the tree falling down, landing in the pool, and on the decking. The pieces are quite large, and could be dangerous. Overall, we are not happy with the job. We are requesting that he come back to our home, and finish his job. Please advise us if he will be coming back out.
