Description of Work: The service was for pigeon cleanup and deterrent, the tech was professional with me but the coupon I purchased was just for one eave which I didn't know when I purchased it. So for another $200 for additional work we rescheduled the appointment, the tech arrived about a half hour late with no phone calls, had to borrow 2 of my ladders and in my opinion only did half of the job with the pressure washer. I was told that the rest was staining and if they turned up the pressure on the water it might damage my stucco. However, one week later I was able to remove almost all of the pigeon droppings with a water hose and scrub brush. A lot of upsale and reasons why the work could not be completed as agreed, but no solutions offered. I own my own residential customer based business and would never just leave my customers hanging without some type of further resolution or an explanation upfront on potential outcomes based on the job requirements prior to agreeing to the job.

Description of Work: Treated the perimeter of our home. Drilled down into slab to treat under it. They were on time and courteous in all our encounters. The on-site service providers were careful with their work and cleaned up after themselves. We needed a follow up treatment for an area in our laundry room and they were quick to respond and honor the warranty. I hope to not need them in the future but with older homes, prevention is worth the investment.

Description of Work: They used a long lasting extermination agent. Plus, gave me tips on how to control my tick problem. My only negative is that the main office does not seem to communicate well with the actual professional that you deal with at your home. I called twice to ask questions at the main office, never got a call back.

Description of Work: Their customer service was very good, they went above and beyond in getting additional information and pricing on my behalf. They installed a pigeon barrier over an eave on my roof, the craftsmanship left a lot to be desired. It looks like a poor homeowner job, not as skillful as I had hoped for.
