ACTION Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: I've used them twice. They came and sprayed for bugs. Overall I was very happy with their service. I gave them a C for Professionalism because the woman who schedules the appointments messaged me on Angies List twice to schedule the appointment AFTER the service had already been performed. Then she left me numerous phone messages calling me by another persons name and wanting me to call her back to discuss my bill. I didn't owe them any money so I ignored her until she emailed me an invoice. I then emailed her back telling her that I don't owe her any money (since I bought the service on Angies List and paid thru Angies List) and also told her the name on the invoice was not even mine. She wrote back and apologized and I haven't heard from her again.

Description of Work: No services were performed because the technician was honest and told me the services were not necessary on such a small scale. However, Angie's list took my money, and now I have to dispute the charge, so that's inconvenient.

Description of Work: Jeremy Small did a great job patching up where the birds were nesting. He showed me the areas he worked on . He made sure to confirm the time he would be arriving to do the service. Jeremy was very knowledgable and courteous during his visit. I would definitely call him back if I were to need more service. Thanks to Jeremy Small I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend these services to my neighbors if need to.

Description of Work: After the initial service I purchased, I signed up with them for bi monthly follow up. They came out and performed the service and because it was rainy that day, came out the following week, at no additional cost to me, to respray to make sure my ant problem was under control. Very good service, would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Eddie showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and applied Termidor to the foundation of the house after trenching the area to be treated. He was efficient, courteous and professional. The next five years will determine how effective the treatment was but the service was well delivered and documented and I will certainly use Action again.

Description of Work: Full Termite Treatment. Were on time, explained everything they were going to do and did it without hesitation. There were no termites found but contractor needed the treatment because they were opening the concrete floor and disturbing the soil, wanted to be on safe side. I also have peace of mind.
