Description of Work: He came & checked for termites. My condo did not have any. He gave me a |year warranty/certification. In our garage it looked like "old termite activity" but no current tunnels,etc. I called & asked if he had checked the garage. I'm trying to sell the condo & a potential buyer noticed the OLD activity.He thought he had Not, but his solution was to treat the condo & charge me. He could have just looked in the garage.

Description of Work: Advertised $99 (as a $200 value)to power wash pigeon poop and to place netting, spikes, screens as required to eliminate future bird nesting. | |Would only do one small area for the $99 and wanted significant upcharge for 2 other places. | |In other words, it cost me $99 to get an estimate. I can get someone else to give me free estimate. So, I will most likely to the job myself. | |Very disappointed. | |

Description of Work: I had pigeon removal done. The first time out did not do the job of keeping the birds away. I called them again & they came out immediately to add additional barriers. I'm a satisfied customer. No more pigeons(and mess)!
