ACTION Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a 1x pest spray service. The first tech who came out was very nice and sprayed for the little black ant problem we were having. He told me he would probably have to come back at least 2-3 xs to remedy the issue. A week later, another tech came out and said they were probably in the foundation. He sprayed again and left traps. Ants still returned. They were willing to keep coming but I just went out and bought Terro ant bait and that worked like a charm and we haven't seen any since. Long story short, Mastertech was great but the ant traps I bought from the store worked better. I would definitely use them in the future for other pest issues.

Description of Work: Company came out and treated property a few months later we saw termites in our living room. The company was very professional and responded quickly at no charge to resolve the situation. We are still monitoring the home for any further signs but we would recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: They power washed the eaves where ougeons had been roosting. They put spikes on the eaves to keep pigeons off the eave ledge. Since they completed the job, no pigeons have "landed". So grateful!!!

They said it was against the law for them to treat that area . | |I no longer see the termite activity that caused me to contact them :) |I purchased the 5yr package, which is just a "extended" service contract. But I felt it was worth the peace of mind.

Description of Work: They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about termites! They did a through job of first inspecting the house and pointing out areas we had not noticed. Secondly, they explained in detail the entire process and how it works to kill off the termites. They only use top of the line products to do the job as well to ensure a positive outcome. They may not be the cheapest quote you will get but remember, you get what you pay for! Loved them and would not hesitate to recommend Action Termite Control to anyone!
