They did a good job. They were very nice people to deal with and they seemed to know what they were doing.

My tenant got a quote from someone else and we used them instead. I would use Action Termite Control in the future.

Don't take the first price estimate given it may go lower if you ask.

When they came to do the work they were very professional. The treatment involved drilling around the perimiter of the house and they were very careful to dig trenches around the foundation and make the drill holes as inconspicuous as possible. They patched any exposed drill holes and refilled the trenches. You could barely tell thay had been there.

They accomplished the original treatment efficiently. They have been back twice to retreat a continuing trouble area in the garage. Their price was very good compared to other quotes.

The estimator came earlier than the appointment time (which is OK by me). The inspection was thorough and the estimate seemed fair. The treatment had to be rescheduled by Action Termite (a worker was ill), but they rescheduled for the following week. Jesus arrived on time and finished early, and he even came back on a Saturday morning to finish an area that was too wet to treat on his first visit. I'd recommend this company for its quick service and fair pricing.

It went really well. I have not had any problems going forward. The individual that came out, Richard, was on time did the work and was very thorough. He dug trenches and placed the termidoor around the perimeter of the house and the detached garage and the tunnels that were going up my garage went away. The price included a 6 year warranty and it would have been $795.00 with a 3 year warranty, if I would have chosen to go that route.

They were on time for the estimate and treatment. They recommended the long lasting termidor which agreed with my online research.

We found this company on Angie's List. They had good references overall. They completed the job in a timely manner and even alerted us that they were running late. We were happy with the work.

Eric arrived on the day and time for the scheduled estimate. He measured the perimeter of my house (about 216 feet), the amount of concrete drilling needed, and examined the infested interior wall. Three mud termite tunnels were visible on the garage foundation. He wrote the estimate with a 2 year warranty. A 5 year warranty was available for an additional $250. He gave me excellent brochures on his company and on the termicide (Termidor). Estimates by 2 other Pest control companies were much higher with only a 1 year warranty, and offering $150/year renewals up to the 5th year. The technician, Clev, arrived on time, did good work, and answered any questions I had. After he left I noticed one short section of foundation didn't get treatment and 5 concrete holes weren't patched. I called on Friday and Clev was back on Monday to complete the work.

Tim arrived promptly at 10 am, toured the house and grounds, pointed out termite tunnels- ones I knew about and more I hadn't spotted. He was very obliging and up-front about the extra fee to do a termite inspection form. After doing the inspection, he got straight to work, and continued with the work until completed, about and hour and 45 minutes later. He left no unnecessary mess (the drill holes weren't even very noticeable, although you could tell they were there). He informed me of the warranty, gave me copies of the papers needed, and made sure to say thank you before leaving. I would highly recommend this company.

WE CHOSE ACTION BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION FROM A NEIGHBOR, AND VISUALLY ''INSPECTED'' THE WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE AT THEIR HOME. WE CONTACTED A NUMBER OF OTHER COMPANIES, WHO ARE ALSO ON ANGIE'S LIST. THE PRICE WAS THE BEST FOR THE SERVICE WE CHOSE. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, WORKED EFFICIENTLY WITH THE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. THEY OFFER A NUMBER OF MULTI-YEAR WARRANTIES. WE PLAN TO USE THEM FOR FUTURE WARRANTY RENEWAL.

WE HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE COST AND THE FACT THAT THEY ONLY DO SUB-TERMITES. WE WERE ABLE TO KNOCK THE PRICE DOWN ABOUT 10 DOLLARS BECAUSE WE PAID WITH CASH. TWO GENTLEMEN SHOWED UP AND SPENT TIME TREATING THE TERMITES AND EXPLAINING THE WHOLE PROCEDURE TO MY HUSBAND.
