Sales rep came out a couple of days earlier to see what needed to be done and provide cost. I showed him where I saw termite tubes. He looked throughout the house and found additional affects of termites. 2 techs came out 2 days later as scheduled and completed the job in about 1 hour. They cleaned up all evidence that they had been there and left the areas looking as clean as before they started.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. It went pretty good but I had trouble with the fine print within their contract concerning a possible price escalation which could happen at any time. They did the work and did a good job. Their price was reasonable.

They were great.? They were on time.? They did a good job.? What I bought was really nice because as long as I get an inspection annually, the warranty on the application is good for 10 yrs.? So, if there is any evidence of termites for the next 10 years, they will treat the house for free.? They did a thorough inspection and I am very happy with their service.

Used an Angie's List on-line coupon for the termite treatment. House is 9 years old and I decided to update the warranty of the termite protection. With Coupon, comes a 10 year warranty with an annual inspection charge of $49 to maintain the warranty. You can opt out of the $49 per year charge and lose the warranty. I scheduled the treatment April 8. I was told Eddie would be at my home between 8 and 9 AM. Eddie arrived 8:30 AM with a helper. They walked the exterior with me to verify the locations for drilling. The got right to work and were done outside by 10 AM. Then to the inside, we walked the locations and refined the plan. Within 45 minutes, all inside foaming was done and holes filled. Eddie left around 11 AM. Great service, very professional guys, very careful when working inside not to damage anything in the house.

I purchased a $759 "Big Deal" on Angie's list to do whole house termite control. The technician showed up about 2 hours late, at 4PM, to do a job he estimated would take 4 hours. He worked in the dark until 8PM to get the job finished. He drilled holes on the patio and filled them with a Thinset type filler. He did a poor job on filling the holes and they look really bad. They worked for a cheap price and I got sub-standard experience.

I was pleased with the termite treatment service that I received from Action Termite Control. The technician, Scott, was very helpful and informative. He went out of his way to explain how termites behave and how the Termidor treatment works to both treat existing termite infestations and prevent future ones. Scott even took time to draw diagrams to better explain the process. He also gave me several tips about watching for evidence of termites and ways to prevent intrusions. The only negative comment I have about the experience is in regards to the fine details of the deal I purchased. I recall the deal stating that Action Termite Control would contact me annually to setup an appointment to reinspect my house. Scott told me that the company was now too busy to do this, and I would be responsible for setting up the annual appointments. I have no problem with setting up these future appointments; however, I feel the company should stand by the details of the deal I purchased.

They are very professional and did a thorough job. We have used them previously and will continue to use Action Termite. Every employee that we have had contact with is very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay with this company for many years to come.

They are good with all treatments. The kind of chemical used is the best kind for treating termites. The price is really good.

Very good experience. The men were very experienced, well mannered/pleasant and efficient. If I had to go through the problem with termites then this is the company I would choose to perform the service. Only time will tell if it worked and I have a 10 year warranty. It went well. A trough was dug about 6 inches below the surface of the entire house and termite prevention solution was applied, then the trough was covered up. I was advised to wait 24 hours before I let my animals in the treated area. They will return every year for a small fee to do an annual inspection. This is required to keep the warranty up to date

We had just discovered we had termites and we were in a panic. Not knowing who to call, we did some research and read the reviews and decided to give Action Termite Control a call. An appointment was scheduled right away and a technician was sent out the next morning to confirm we had termites and to give us an estimate. He was on time and could schedule the job to be done in a couple of days at our convenience. There was a two-man crew that had several years of experience controlling these nasty critters. The crew, Roy & Jacob were on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job. They cleaned up the areas after completing the job and went on their way. I sleep better at night now that the job is done and they reassured me that the termites would be taken care of but to watch carefully if they return. Their warranty is for 10 years and if I saw them again, they would return for another treatment at no charge during the 10 years. That means a lot. I recommend this company over any other.

I had Action Termite Control come out and give me a bid on termite treatment for my 2,500 sq. foot home on 02/26/2013 in which they provided me a bid of $1,600.00 which included the trenching, treating, drilling and injection of the Termidor solution for subterranean termite infestation. On 03/05/13, I noticed that on the Angie's list Big Deal advertisement for Action Termite Control that they listed the same service on Angie's list for $759.00 for the same treatment/service and the same 10 year warranty, so I purchased this service over the internet from Angie's List and was provided a "ticket" of proof of purchase from my Credit Card and the phone number to call Action Termite Control. I then called Action Termite Control and talked to Steve who advised me that the quote that his employee Jeremy Youngquist was different from the "Angie's list" quote and that I was provided on 02/26/13 for $1600.00. And that this quote only provided limited service from what Jeremy quoted me. When I asked him why the two offers were starkly different than what was advertised as a $1600.00 value for $759.00 he basically stated that he didn't want to talk to me any longer and that I should get my money back from Angie's List and that he would refuse to do any business with me, and that it was my fault for the miss-understanding. I then requested that Angie's list refund my money back to my Credit Card so that I could hire another Termite Control company that had given me an honest quote that was only $850.00 for my home, that are not listed on Angie's list.

We needed our Arizona home inspected, so did our due diligence, and researched several businesses near our home, starting with Angie's list, and also recommendations from neighbors. Action Termite Control, 1101 W. Melinda Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85027 was chosen. The date was set for the inspection, and Mike B. was the inspector. He was not only on time, but phoned ahead to tell that he was on his way, and when he would arrive. The vehicle he arrived in had "Action Termite Control" on it, so there was no doubt it was him. He explained what he would do in the inspection, and invited me to come along for the entire inspection. He used a flashlight to check the entire perimeter, including inside closets. He found a few termite tubes on the foundation, and one sign of a "funnel" hanging from ceiling in one closet near to where the tubes were found on the outside. He took photos and measurements, then wrote up a proposal. We chose to have this company do the work, due to many reasons (they had a high rating on Angie's list, they answered the phone right away with a live person, they booked the appointment promptly, and were a company that came to the Maricopa area. Also, Mike was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, - we did homework on termite control so knew what questions to ask, and they used the Termidor treatment-and the warranty will be for 10 years. We were able to have the work done the next day, and Joe R. was also prompt, courteous, and professional. He answered all questions, and completed the work in the time that her said he would, and left the property clean as if he was never there. He explained in detail what termites do, and what to look for in terms of after the treatment. He said that, after the treatment starts to kill the insects in the nest, that if we notice any more tubes, to call them right away. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. we will wait to see if the treatment works (around May 1st).

It was my responsibility to call the office and when I did, they sent out staff very quickly. However, the office forgot a step--inspection first. Luckily, the termite man asked about the inspection and then offered me the option of inspection now, treatment after. I selected inspection first. He and I walked around the house and he showed me which items I needed to move away from the exterior walls.The termite man did a great job applying the termador. It was all sealed or done in such a way that it was not visible. I appreaciated this because I have an older dog. As a plus, the dog liked the man!

I contacted Action Pest Control because I saw their coupon on Angie's List. The representative scheduled me immediately for an inspection which was carried out in a couple of days. The inspector was right on time and took the time going through our home and on the outside of our property explaining to us in detail what he saw and how severe he thought our infestation was. Within a couple of days a team returned to dig the trenches outside and treat the property as well as completing the treatment inside our home. We have not had any recurrence of any termites.

Since several of our neighbors have experienced termites, we thought it best to make a pre-emptive strike. We called Action Termite Control, based on Angie's List and recommendations of others, and were very happy with the service. The Action Termite representative, Joe Rampy, gave us a thorough inspection and explained what to look for. He also showed us pictures of different types of termite tunnels so that we could be more knowledgeable for future reference. We agreed to a preventative treatment which included digging a trench around the outside of the house. While we tried to move as much as possible away from the foundation, Joe handled the rest, completely dug the trench is no time flat, applied the solution, and filled the trench back in. Overall, the service was outstanding. Joe arrived promptly, worked diligently, and left the premises even neater than he found it. I would most definitely use Action Termite Control again and I highly recommend the company (and Joe).

Estimator arrived on time, surveyed house, diagrammed treatment instructions, explained plan and warranty. Service tech arrived on time, performed treatment as agreed. He was quick, efficient, clean, cleaned up after. The entire experience was handled well and professionally. Good price, great service. Will definitely use this service again.

We found Action Termite control on Angie's List and the company offered a special deal through the website. We were in the process of selling my late brother's house and an inspection showed it had termites. We worked through our realtor with action to spray for termites. They provided us with all the paperwork and certified the home termite free for the title company. Even at a distance, working with Action was really easy.

I called Action on a Wednesday afternoon. They had me scheduled for that Friday and treated the house on Monday. Everyone was easy to talk too. They answered all questions and never once did me or my wife feel creeped out or unsure.

It was quick and easy. They cleaned up the little mess that they made. They will be back to do a yearly check to make sure the termites do not come back.
