They were great! They responded to me very promptly and scheduled to come out very quickly. Richard was the tech, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. He was extremely nice, patient, and informative. I'm very happy I went with this company.

Everything went really well. They did a great job. They were efficient and on time. They patched holes and you could not tell that it had been patched as the work was done very well.

This company is second to none, from the first initial assessment to the completion of the job. Richard arrived on time, was able to complete the job from the outside prior to me getting home. When I arrived, he only needed to treat the garage area and inside. RIchard provided me with helpful information. For my co-workers who have or will termite eradication, they better choose this company. Thank you to RJ and Richard for a pleasant experience.

It went really well. During the free home eval/inspection we discussed the vulnerabilities of my house and the possible treatment options. I did not feel pressured into anything, but the Angies deal is a good deal and they did not charge extra even though my house was over the square footage listed for the deal.

Their product is Termidor and comes with a 10 yr warranty. Inspection by RJ done pretty well but I did have to point out the concrete near the garage, and the infestation in the front yard. Overall, his diagram was more thorough and correct given my input than the others that had given me a bid. The price over the 10 yr period came out to be the best. Treatment was done with no issue so just waiting to see positive results which will take some time.

The service professionals were great. They did a highly professional job and their service level was top-notch. I did have a slight re-occurance of termites a few months after the initial treatment, which the company came by to re-treat from the inside of the building, at no cost to me. Since then, I have had no evidence of termite infestation in my house. I would definitely recommend this company for mild to moderate existing termite infestations, or as a preventative perimeter job or a treatment for a specific area.

Action Termite was responsive, punctual, and thorough in their termite inspection and treatment. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

It was great. The guy was very professional and very polite. I liked him a lot. I think that we got a great deal. The price was $759 for ten years. I liked that he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The work that he did was great. We have no more problems. We had a side benefit of the treatment. We had a side issue; we were having a horrible problem with ants. When he was leaving and we were wrapping things up, he was telling me a little bit more and he said that he noticed that I have a problem with ants. I asked him if he treats ants or if he knows somebody. He said that he does, but that one of the side benefits of termite treatment is that it usually takes care of the ants. It did and I have no more ants. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It turned out great. It seem like they did everything what they were supposed to and I think it was a good deal. I would use them again.

Very professional. Took the time to explain post extension to me and what it meant for my house. The downside, when I bought the 10 year warranty, he did say they do a check up every year for $49 but did not say it was mandatory to keep the warranty. I don't feel he gave me full disclosure at the time. I don't know if this is normal procedure since this is my first house.

My husband and I live in Wisconsin an have a small park model in Mesa, Az. Termites are not a big problem in Wisconsin so when we where told there was a termite infestation in the park model we did not now what to expect. The caretaker of our unit got a company to come in for an estimate....Boy,, where we shocked at a $ 700.00 estimate. I joined Angies list and called Mike and Riane at Action Termite Control. They gave us a price of $ 395.00 and would take two payments as we are on a fixed income and it would be easier for us. I did not expect them to do the job until the second payment but to my surprise they did the job a couple days after talking to them on the phone. This price is for 1 year and If there is any sign of termites they will come back and all included in price. Thank you so much Action Termite for your wonderful service. This is so important when we are so far away.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. We made the appointment with them, they came out and did the service. We were quite happy with the price and the work.

I got a discount through Angie's list. The lady on the phone was very professional and friendly. The gentleman who came to the house was very courteous and professional, seemed to really know his business, and gave me a quote quickly. I received the contract via email very quickly. The technician who came out to the house was personable and fast and got the job done well. I would gladly use them again and would refer them to anyone looking for termite help.
