Showed up on time as promised, advised me of the work to be performed. after it was done went through a walk through and what to expect from the treatment.

Checked entire house and crawl space. Trenches exterior area and focused treatment on problem areas. Tech really took his time to do the job right and explain the situation to me. Really happy with the service and no termite activity in more than 2 months.

They used trench and rod to treat the soil; drilled slabs; foamed the plumbing; and treated active areas as needed. Very happy with the service, which included a ten year transferrable warranty.

As expected - they did a combination of applying the termidor chemical in trenches and by drilling into our foundation and did so as scheduled and in timely manner. They provide a 10 year warranty as long as we pay for the yearly inspection (for a fee of $49 each) with the overall cost being less than the other competitive bids we received for similar work.

Our house is for sale and recently the buyer had done a home inspection that we needed confirmation of by an outside company. I found Action on the List, called them to come out for an inspection and they sent Jeremy very quickly. When I explained that another pest control company had found termite activity outside and that I needed him to do an inspection to confirm. Jeremy arrived when he said he would and went right to work. In just a few minutes he reported back to me that there was indeed termite activity outside. I asked him to show me that activity which he did. He then looked over the inspection report of the other company and said he would match their price to do the work. Since it was done on a home inspection by the buyer's inspector and company, I had to OK it with our realtor. He said I should use the buyer's company. Therefore, I was unable to use Action. I would most certainly call them again should this issue occur in my new home.

It turned out fine; I did not have to pay more than the coupon. It does carry a warranty. They were prompt in making an appointment. They showed up on time and they gave me a phone call when they were 30 minutes out. They were polite and it was a good experience. I would use them again if I have too.

Two very professional gentlemen arrived ahead of schedule in a clearly marked commercial vehicle and introduced themselves. They discussed what they were going to do, which consisted of trenching, drilling, and treating the entire perimeter of the house with a well known and proven effective termite treatment chemical. They set to work immediately, with one worker doing the trenching next to the foundation with concern for plants and shrubs, and applying the treatment chemical until the ground was soaked, and then after letting it soak in, recovering the treated areas. Meanwhile, the other worker began drilling 1/2" holes with a concrete bit in all the paved areas surrounding the house. Then using a pressure gun, he applied the chemical under the various slabs into the holes. Afterwards, he sealed the holes with a water base concrete patching compound. They were extremely thorough, considerate of the property, careful to leave no areas untreated, and very professional. I could not have asked for more. They inspected the interior of the home thoroughly for any areas that might need spot treatment, and did treat an A/C drain. They did not pressure me with an up sell, or use "scare" tactics to try and make a bigger job out of this, as is common in this industry. This company deserves their well earned great reputation in my opinion, and it's very obvious that they take their business seriously. This is their specialty, and it shows. They did an expert job!

The gentleman was on time, very helpful and very informative. He even helped us to move a heavy object out of the way so he could spray behind it. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

The office was very responsive in getting us scheduled for the service. The technician who performed the service was punctual and educated us concerning the problem and the elimination of the termites in our home. We are extremely satisfied with Action Termite Control and we are especially happy about the 10 year warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were courteous, and for the most part punctual. It appears they did the work they described, won't know the effect for a few months yet but they'll come back out if necessary. Cost was a little on the pricey side, but they have a nice warranty and have the years in business to back them up. Downside, their office staff advised we could make 2 payments 30 days apart, payment by check acceptable. When the work was completed, we gave them a check for half and when the technician called the office, they advised they needed a credit card on file. We asked them NOT TO charge the card without our consent first. Well, they cashed the check and charged the card. And to make it worse, the amount charged to the card was typo'd so we were actually overcharged, in addition to draft fees from our bank. They did fix the issue as soon as we advised what had happened and they offered to refund the full amount charged on the card, but since it would take 7-10 days for that to happen we'd just be turning around and paying them again anyway. They just refunded the overage of the total amount due and we called it a day. Not sure I'd recommend them if asked. For a company that's been in business this long, which was why we went with them to begin with, these types of mistakes shouldn't happen.

After a few days I accepted the deal, after checking with the BBB, and they set me an appointment to treat my home for termite in the next three days. The service technition arrived in a timely manner, with a helper, performed the job in a very professional order, applied the termador treatment around the perimeter of my foundation, and drilled small holes at the patio and the garage, inside and out, they finished the job in about three hours. And that includes repairing the holes drilled in the concrete, where you couldn't tell where the drilled holes were, and they also cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the outcome.

This job comes with a 10-yr warranty at $50 per year. All in all that's a lot of piece of mind for very little money. My experience with this company started with RJ, the inspector. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about structural issues and the entomology of these organisms. I'm a professional biologist and I was impressed. After the job was scheduled, Richard conducted the application. He was also punctual, knowledgeable and respectful. My experience with this company has been top-notch with an emphasis in customer service and communication ... not surprising based on other reviews I've read.

Action Termite Control was very professional from beginning to end. The phone desk was excellent. The inspector was available quickly and showed up promptly. He did a great job of explaining the situation and the solution. The crew that did the termite treatment showed up a bit ahead of time, and did the job quickly and well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.

The inspector arrived on time. Was very thorough and professional. Showed us the signs of infestation. Explained about termite infestation and identified the kind of termites. Explained how they would treat them. Gave us written documentation and estimate including Angie's discount. Scheduled us for a prompt and convenient appointment for treatment. The tech arrived on time. Was professional and clean. Told us exactly what he was going to do and where. After treatment there was no sign that he had drilled holes or that there was anything done. Now we wait and see if they got them. They will retreat for free if they return within ten years.

Crew was very efficient and did a great job. Took time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. They responded to the big deal immediately and came out the next business day. Have not seen any termites since they left.

722Bought as an Angie special. I only talked to them on phone. They were very accommodating to work around my tenant's schedule. So far we have seen no signs of termites.

The service person called us within 24 hours of purchasing the Big Deal. We scheduled the appointment within a couple days. Person on the phone was extremely friendly and conversational to find out exactly what our current situation was for the house. He came out when my wife was home and explained what was being done in layman's terms. Upon leaving, he cleaned up the cement hole fills and set up another appointment for completing the job since we did not clear the correct protion of the porch. action Termite returned at another date and completed the job. No more termites! I have shared the info for this company for friends who have termite issues based on their professionalism, promptness, and guarantee.

I have used this company twice and they have excellant customer service. In this day and age, there are toms of companies to choose from but rarely do you find someone who is responsive, does good work and has great customer service.....this company does! My appt got a little messed up and they were right on top of it to make it right.

Richard gave a window of 2 hours and called before arriving within that time frame. Explained treatment after the inspection and applied chemicals all around the house. Great to do business with.
