Excellent! The technician, Zach, was on time, clean, professional, and polite. I had questions about spiders and chemicals and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I appreciated the fact that he understood my concerns having 3 cats and 2 dogs, as well as my fear of black widows. He even took the time to look at a photo I took of a spider and I felt like he cared about my experience and fears. I really felt like he knew about customer service and was trained to be courteous- the sign of a good company. I will definitely use this company again and refer to all of my friends and coworkers if needed. This is my first time using a pest control service and I am extremely happy.

The team did an excellent job. they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good order.They did forget to fill one drilled hole. I called the office and they came back later and filled it in. I was happy with all the staff that I had dealings with. I asked the office to send me a printed copy of my contract because I was having trouble with my printer. The young woman was so friendly and helpful.I had the same experience with the gentleman who treated my house. they couldn't have been more positive and nice to work with.

Zack came out to do the routine spraying of the inside and outside of the property. He arrived on time and was very professional. I enjoy working with him. He answers all my questions and concerns when they arise.

Everything turned out well. They were flexible with respect to scheduling, they showed on time, and they did the work as promised. The technician was a bit chatty, but that was only a minor issue. I can't really grade the quality of the work since we moved before we could determine its effectiveness.

Technician arrived as scheduled, was very personable, courteous, professional. He answered all my questions readily in regards to the types of pests we may see (moved here from out of state) and performed the service. We will be using this company for our regular service.

Very good! They called before they got here, prompt, just moved like super good. I do write a business with them when they were finished. They came, explained things, and see the termites again. They are knowledgeable, polite, couple ot really good guys. They were probably here like an hour.

The Tech was on time, even called when he was 30 minutes out. He thoroughly sprayed inside and out. He explained to me the products they used and there benfit. When I asked him for "sticky" bug traps to throw/set up in my garage, he not only obliged, he set them up himself. I've never had a company/rep do this. The price was very good, service was great, customer service was outstanding. I'm extremely glad I used Master Tech and even happier I signed up for Angie's List last week.

I initially hired them to provide subterranean termite treatment. They were extremely responsive. Brent (owner) responds to all new calls personally and provides excellent service. I was so happy with the work they did on the termites that I hired them to provide my monthly pest control as well. I would recommend them to any homeowner without reservations. They are extremely knowledgeable about all types of pests.

It was a great experience from day one. Mike came out and did an extremely detailed inspection of the home and even noticed a couple of locations that I had not spotted. I got a complete quote, that was also emailed to me as a pdf document (which I liked). They scheduled me right away and completed the job in a few hours. The gentleman that performed the treatment services was very professional and neat. His supervisor stopped by to check on the job as well as to introduce himself to me. I would highly recommend this company. They have been around for a long time and made it through the building recession. I also liked that all they do is termites. So there was not hard upsell on other pest control, which I wasn't interested in.

Gentleman called to confirm appointment and called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing, explained the cycle of the bugs, explained why and when he might have to return explained human contact and how to handle it. I learned a lot. He was very easy to understand, very nice to chat with and very professional, too. I think his name was Zach (license #140298). MasterTech should be proud to have such a good employee in kind of a hard job as Pest Control.

I am very impressed with Brent and his associates. I receive courtesy calls each month to let me know when they will arrive(they really is no need to do so, I only spray outside). I am always asked if there is a specific problem that needs to be addressed and if so they take care of it the first time around. Based on their professionalism and performance I would recommend MasterTech for anyone looking for a pest control service.

This is a very professional company with high integrity. The unit being treated had much more linear feet of treatment than is typical for the square footage (I used their coupon, which had a square feet max, but not a linear feet max so I was not aware of this difference prior to their visit). However, they still honored their Angie's List coupon, were prompt, professional and efficient. Obviously time is the test of a termite treatment, but from everything I can tell, they did a really exceptional job. They were certainly very easy to deal with. Hopefully I'll never need this treatment again, but I would highly recommend them.
