Description of Work: Tom and Jason were great. We need a respray a week later, then a week after that (stubborn bugs!) and each time they were cheerful, prompt, and willing to keep coming back when necessary! It's been over a week since the final respray and problem is solved. This most recent experience was our 3rd time using them and we will definitely use again! The owner, Brent, is great and Ashley in the front office is wonderful! Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I purchased your voucher #1820609 using PayPal in the amount of $99 on 03/08/2015. I made contact with MasterTEch on March 9, 2015, and met with Jason Truman their representative at our home on March 17th. I received a written quote for $2351. I talked to Mr. Truman to gain further understanding of the quote and advised him I would respond to him within a week. I sent Jason a detailed response with several pictures and a diagram with what we would be willing to do on March 26th. I asked that he call to discuss it. He hadn't called as of April 2nd at which time a called to make contact with him. He made one return call after my prompting advising that he had received it (he left me a message on voice mail. No other responses as of this date or any messages from MasterTech. On April 13th I decided to check with other pest control companies. On May 1st we made a decision to use Watts Pest Control. They performed the mitigation to our home with the same terms requested of MasterTEch. The pricing was far less and more competitive and the service, staff and professionalism was superior. Had I known we would be treated as we had and strung along for nearly 2 months, I would have not selected the $99 option offered or MasterTech to start with. We have been very satisfied with your other recommendations and happy for the outcomes. Please refund us the $99 for non service and the frustration we suffered. Thank you.

Description of Work: They came out to spray for sewer roaches. The representative did not seem to be familiar with these roaches. The treatment did not seem to be effective so I called another pest control company who was familiar with these roaches.

Description of Work: Pleased with their pest control service. However, the technician said vents in my roof were not sealed. Was told it would cost $200 and may take 2 hours. Scheduled this for the following week. BUT it took less than 30 minutes and I feel $200 for some mesh to seal the vents was excessive.
