A to Z Sprinklers

He yanked out a perfectly good sprinkler control and replaced it with one that I do not care for.

The drip irrigation system waters both plants and trees. There were puddles of water around each of the trees. I turned off the master switch and still the water came. That's when I went to Angie's List and looked under Lawn Irrigation. I called A to Z. Joe answered and said he would be there the next morning at 9:00. Right on time Joe came, located the problem, made the analysis, attempted to repair the faulty valve and promised to be back the following day EARLY. Again, right on time! The irrigation system now works perfectly. From now on, Joe at A to Z Sprinklers will be my "Go-To-Guy" whenever I have a problem with the irrigation system in the future.

I had other appointments on the same day I called (Saturday), where no one was going to be at the house. Instead of giving me a 4 hour window when someone may show up like most places, Joe told me to just call when I got home and he would be there in 20 minutes. I did and he arrived in 10. He looked at the problem, and indicated there was a cheaper fix than replacing the entire timer, and gave me that option (zero pressure to do a more expensive fix). I opted to replace the timer. He did it in a very timely manner, and walked me through the operation of the new timer system once he was done. He checked to ensure the entire system was back working properly and was incredibly polite.

Job 1: I called at 9:00 AM, they said they would be out in the afternoon, and they were here by 1:45. The man was personable, professional, and had the repair done in nothing flat. He also advised me that the timer settings should be adjusted and he did that for me. He also volunteered to come back in April, at no charge, to adjust the timer settings for me. Job 2: They had the necessary part on the truck and replaced it immediately. They also advised me what to do to avoid the problem in the future and checked my settings in the control box. I thought the $85.00 price for the job was reasonable.

Right man for the job! This was a huge water break and I wanted someone who would repair the line correctly. He was on time and fixed the problem very quickly. Very professional. He's the one to call in the West Valley!

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL, RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND REPAIRED BROKEN SPRINKLER CONTROL. VERY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
