They are a fine company, but have become too expensive for quarterly outside service. I found another company that is one third less and comes monthly and does inside and out. In fact the neighborhood recommended the new service. I made the change as I am now retired and on a fixed income.

They were very nice at first, and promised to come out as many times as necessary. I called them back in between treatments and they refused to come back out. They also used very little chemicals and I was not happy with the outcome.

It is absolutely great. I would not think of changing to any body else. They are reasonably priced. Their annual termite program is well worth it. Their people are all very professional and helpful. They are always very courteous yet friendly. They overall do a very good job. I have used them at two different house.

The Truly Nolen crew sprays the areas regularly and I don’t have to put up with insects in my house. I have a contract with them and they report every 3 months. I give them a call anytime I have a problem, and they come and take care of it. The crew is top notch and professional. I once had a problem with ants and I had called them. They had responded within 24 to 36 hours and had taken care of the problem very professionally. The quality of their service is excellent.
