Contacted Rainbow International and asked for a quote over the phone after describing the situation and amount of square feet involved. We scheduled a time to meet them on a Saturday morning and they were there promptly at the agreed upon time. They spent 6 hours cleaning this townhouse from top to bottom.
Description of Work: Condo needed deep cleaning and personal items boxed up for storage. The company was punctual and did a very thorough job, including oven cleaning. Two people cleaned every single surface in this 3 bed, 3 bath home and the difference is amazing.

I talked with Jim, the owner, and expressed my concerns about the timing and the desire to have the carpets cleaned perfectly. Jim was able to schedule the cleaning on the desired date and said his son Sam would be doing the job. Sam showed up on time, verified with me as to what areas needed to be cleaned and went to work on all the steps involved in cleaning a carpet.
Description of Work: I made arrangements to have the carpet in my home cleaned and sprayed with a Teflon coating to minimize future carpet stains. With my in-laws coming to visit it was important to me the carpet look its best

I PERSONALLY SPENT ALMOST 30-40 MINUTES WITH THE CLIENT ON THE PHONE WHICH IS 3 TIMES THE USUAL TO BOOK A JOB. GRANTED ONE CAN HAVE A BAD DAY AND EVERYTHING GO WRONG, BUT THIS WAS NO SUCH DAY AS THE BEGINNING COMMENTS RECORD. 1. PRICE WAS EXACTLY KNOWN BEFORE WORK BEGAN, 2. CLIENT FELT SHE PAID TOO MUCH, OF WHICH I'M ALWAYS SURPRISED WHEN SOMEONE FEELS THEY KNOW THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. TRAINING, UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT INSURANCES NOT TO MENTION WAGES. NATIONWIDE COSTS SURVEYS TELL US IT COSTS ABOUT $85-$90 JUST TO SHOW UP AT THE DOOR. OF WHICH MANY COMPANIES HAVE ADDED FUEL SURCHARGE, WE HAVE NOT 3. LEAVING BOOTIES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN BY OUR CORPORATE POLICY BECAUSE OF THE LIABILITY OF SOMEONE SLIPPING AND BREAKING SOMETHING. WE WERE THE FIRST IN THE INDUSTRY TO USE SHOE COVERS AND NOW FIRST TO REFRAIN. 4. THE CARPET WAS WETTER BECAUSE OF THE PROTECTANT APPLIED AFTER CLEANING. PLUS OUTSIDE HUMIDITY LEVELS WERE VERY HIGH TAKING LONGER TO EVAPORATE. 5. THE TECH WAS AWARE OF THE PROTECTANT TO BE APPLIED BUT BECAUSE THE CLIENT DID NOT WANT THEIR SPOUSE KNOWING WE MIGHT APPLY IT, AND WAS ONLY TO BE ADDED IF CLIENT INSISTED.(WE DO NOT GET IN THE MIDDLE OF DOMESTIC DIFFERENCES). 6.CREW WAS PROVIDED WITH JOB REPORT AND ALL MATERIALS WERE ON THE TRUCK. SOME SERVICES THAT MAY BE ADDED BY CLIENT AFTER ARRIVAL MAY NOT BE PROVIDED AT THAT TIME. 7.CARPET EDGES NEXT TO BASEBOARD CAN'T GET CLEANED (CLEANING TOOL DOES NOT ALLOW US TO GET RIGHT NEXT TO THE BASEBOARD)AND SOMETIMES FILTRATION FROM AIR SYSTEM MAY LEAVE SOOTY UN-CLEANABLE AREAS NEXT TO BASEBOARD. WE RESPECT THE CLIENTS HOME AND TRY NOT TO DING ANY WOODWORK. 7. SCUFF MARKS? COULD OF HAPPENED AFTER WE LEFT IF SOMEONE IS WALKING ON CLEAN CARPETS WITH DIRTY SHOES, COULD HAVE BEEN STAINS THAT TOOK LONGER TO GET UP, I'VE SEEN A LOT OF STUFF IN 20 SOME YEARS. THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING IN ALL OF THIS IS THAT WE DO OFFER A 30 DAY GUARANTEE TO ALL OUR CLIENTS, IF THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED WE WOULD AND HAVE ALWAYS REMEDIED THE SITUATION. IF THEY DON'T CALL WE NEVER KNOW IF THERE IS A COMPLAINT. ALSO, WE INTERVIEW CLIENTS AND RATE THEM TO SEE IF WE WOULD DESIRE TO HAVE THEM AS A LIFETIME CLIENT. WE GOT NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE CLIENT TO THE TECH, WHICH ASSURES US IN MOST CASES THE JOB WENT WELL. WE DO HAVE A PERSON WHO DOES FOLLOW UP CALLS BUT SHE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE 2 WEEKS ATTENDING TO HER PARENTS WHO HAD FALLEN ILL. WE WILL STILL BACK OUR GUARANTEE ONLY IF THE CLIENT FEELS IT WILL SOLVE THE SITUATION AND HOPEFULLY RESPOND WITH A MOST FAVORABLE REPORT. A PERSONAL WORD- WE HAVE NEVER BEEN IN BUSINESS TO PROVIDE BAD SERVICE ONLY EXCELLENT AND HONEST HARD WORK SINCE 1988 AND OUR WEBSITE HAS VIDEO TESTIMONIALS FROM REAL LIFE PEOPLE. Integrity Carpet Cleaning were awesome! I have never been more comfortable with service technicians in my home with me and my little girls. They were on time and very professional but also personable. Besides doing a great job on my carpets, they gave me a sample of their tile cleaning and also stone counter top sealing. Which in the near future I will call Integrity to have those services completed. I was happy that a friend told me about Angie's list and I was also very happy and satisfied with Integrity Carpet Cleaning. I will continue to use them as my carpet cleaners.
Description of Work: Integrity Carpet Cleaning did an awesome carpet cleaning job on my carpets! They had all of the equipment needed and ready to go. They used a prespray on my carpet at first, and they used certain spotters for different areas of my home and also had neutralizers for our pet odors. They even left foot booties for my family and I to wear as the carpets finished drying. I have two little girls who like to spill things on the carpet and I couldn't believe that my carpets could ever look the way they did after having them cleaned by Integrity. Integrity was very professional and also personable. I was very comfortable with their carpet technicians in my home. They also gave me a free sample of their stone and tile cleaning, which I will definitely have done in the near future. I was 100% satisfied with Integrity Carpet Cleaning and will continue to call them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.
