We have hired Austin and On the Spot for two different jobs now, and we have been very please both times. Their work is great, and prices are fair. Honest and profession. Highly recommended.

Austen did excellent and thorough work repairing and applying acrylic elastomeric base coat to our foam roof. He fully explained procedure. Pricing very fair compared with another company.

Austin and Charles were fantastic as was their entire crew. We had a flat roof that was in bad shape, leaking etc. They came in and not only repaired the flat part of the roof but also the stucco and some dry rotted beams that were in danger of collapsing. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie came on time for the estimate and was professional, kind, informative and very honest. He put my fears to rest about our roof. Other contractors had not been honest in the past while not fixing a leak or making good on their warranty. Not only did we feel comfortable with him in our home, he was very accepting of our dogs (still in training) as the rest of the crew was. They were careful to keep the gates closed so they did not get out. So for those with inside and outside fur babies, this crew is mindful of pets. Back to On The Spot, Charlie found what other contractors did not mention to be the root cause of the leak. Took pictures to explain the problem, why it was happening and gave us his plan to fix the leak that just would not go away. It made perfect sense. The work was done in two days, they came on time each day and cleaned up after each day as well. I wish I would have not let my fears postpone getting the roof fixed. It was really sooooo much easier than I imagined. Charlie is an honest, professional, personable, knowledgeable young family man that knows his stuff and we are so glad that we chose On The Spot. You should too, you will not be sorry. And that leak, it is totally fixed! We have had some major downpours and some steady rain in Gold Canyon this past few weeks and the leak is gone!! They got the job done earlier than expected and cleaned up so you could tell they were there

They dont list tile roof repair on the web site, they should, they do it very well. And they should put a sign in the yard while on site working. Did an outstanding job replacing the underlayment under my tile roof. Every thing was new except the tile. 40lb paper the metal vents and the metal vallys to channel water. New drip edge and bird stop where it needed. Replaced water damaged wood, and painted the exposed underside that could be seen, and touched up the the wood under where the tile hangs over. Most not noted in the contract, that's how they do it. Showed up same time every day, and finished on Sunday morning because of rain that nite. Very happy with the work and a very fair price compared to 2 other quotes for same work. Thank You Austin, Great Job

in the future I would ask to have pics made and sent to me as part of the repair process so I can documment the wok peformed.

I got 3 estimates to seal and coat my flat roof. This was the best price and they were able to do the job with 2 days. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. When the job was done, he showed me some pictures and it looked great.
