Once I was ready to proceed the job was scheduled promptly. The crew was polite and cheerful and extremely hardworking. They took care to cover my vehicle and those of my neighbors and cleaned up well after they were done on both days.

Austin was great to work with. He was quick to respond and was on time for all appointments. His price was reasonable as well. He also cleaned up after doing the work. The only reason we gave 4.5 stars and not 5.0 is because we haven't had rain yet to test our leak. He also has a good guaranty so we are not too worried! We recommend Austin and On the Spot Home Improvement.

We had a great experience using this company for our garage roof leak, inside garage drywall damage, and exterior house painting. Charles, one of the owners is a very personable, genuine, and patient person to work with. He made sure the work was done efficiently and went above and beyond on some minor details of the project. We look forward to having his crew do more work for us in the near future and would definitely recommend having him come look at any jobs you need completed for as he was honest and reliable and spent the time to truly listen to our needs. Everything turned out better than expected.

I had a few bids out for this job - they were the best price - most responsive and very efficient... it was a 4 man crew including the owner, who made sure the job went smoothly - they recoated my flat roof on my main, guest and carport His crew also repaired the damage inside of the home (drywall/paint) Austin was honest about what my home needed in the future and I will be using him again once I foam my flat roof ☺️☺️☺️🙌👊🏽
