Austin was prompt and gave me an excellent price. There were 4 men assigned to the roof coating and they showed up on time and finished in one day. Very pleased with the project.

We had to reschedule a couple of times because of the recent rain. I think that's what you call water falling from the sky. Anyway, Austin was very accommodating and ended up doing a fine job for the amount agreed upon and within the time frame he gave us. Couldn't be happier with the job and recommend him unequivocally.

Austin arrived and gave me a bid for the work I needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional and the bid was reasonable. The crew arrived as scheduled. The work completed was quality and done in a very timely manner including the clean up. I would highly recommend them and would use again if needed.

Mr. Austin Burns, of On The Spot roofing, was thorough when checking out what needs to be done to repair our wooden pitched flat porch roof that had rolled roofing on it, put on by KNC Contracting and didn't even last 5 years! Salvatore, the OTS roofer, arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the day until he finished! He is a one-man team wonder! He cleaned up and removed the old roofing & hauled it all away! Salvatore used the torch-down method for the new roof and replaced all the rotted fascia. We are very happy with the work and the cost! Thank you.

We had our flat roof cleaned, bubbles removed, filled in areas where needed and all flat roof recoated with 2 coats. Austin and his employees are hard working professionals. They do a great job cleaning, repairing, coating and are knowledgeable at their jobs. Austin is easy to talk to and is upfront with what needs and should be done. Austin came to my house to give me an estimate. He showed me before photos of my roof and told me what needed to be done. The day he did the work he made a point to show me photos of what they were during and when they finished he again showed me photos of the finished work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and workmanship. .

The men were very nice and professional. They actually came one day earlier to get started. We would defiantly hire them again.
