Performed the job professionally and in a timely manner. Very pleased with this company performing work for me.

Overall excellent. Icalled one afternoonfor an appointment and got got one for the following morning with an early time of arrival. Charles Burns arrived 5 minutes early , inspected my roo status and provided me with a recommendation of what needed to be done with a reasonable cost estimate which I accepted. They arrived early the next day and completed the project iby 3 0'clock in the afternoon. they followed up with an inspection the following day to insure that everything was as promised. I did not have to pay anything until the job was finished. I would recommend hiring these folks for roofing and painting to anyone.

Excellent experience. Austin was very knowledgable and provided a very competitive bid. He even updated the form on our solar hot water system included in the price.

Prompt return of phone calls and were out the next day to repair the roof. Austin and Charlie were easy to deal with and finished the job the following day.

They were very quick to respond and start the project. Most of the paint looks great. Some bubbles around the wood trim they said were from the other paint, which I was not aware could happen since I am a first-timer. Also, they replaced my plastic patio roof, and I assumed they would try to match the current roof color. But they did not. It looks ok but would have liked to been notified it would not match. Again, I am a first-time homeowner and this may be regular, but I was not informed of the details.

On the Spot was great to work with. They showed up on time to prepare their estimate. It was submitted in a timely fashion and they completed the work as promised, on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Austin and his crew again and have already recommended them to several of our friends and family. On the Spot is certainly one of the best home improvement contractors I have ever worked with. I was also glad to learn they do a lot of other work beyond just roofs and we will certainly call them for these jobs when they come up.

What we appreciated most about ON THE SPOT was that when Austin, the owner, came out the first time, after he personally checked the roof he gave us a full report. He even offered to replace two skylights free of charge, which were in bad shape (but we didn't know that). We had another company come out for a 2nd estimate. One large white man stayed on the ground in his truck but sent the Spanish worker up on the roof. When he came down all he did was give the measurements of the roof. No other information about the condition or broken skylight or cracks around the AC. By the way, they gave a cheaper quote but it turned out they were only going to put down a plastic coat and no foam. That's why we chose ON THE SPOT. What's more Austin, the Boss, returned all phone calls promptly in person, unheard of today. The company did the work in record time and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy as the foam roof will make our AC 30%-40% more efficient. Only one thing confused us. Because we chose from Home Advisor website we read we were getting a 15% discount. We did not. Thank you for allowing us to share our experience.
