The business owner showed up on agreed-upon time. Our home is 1232 sq feet, and needed cracks filled in and recoated with elastomeric roof sealant. He showed us before/after photos w/ work guaranteed for 5 years. He also gave us a reasonable price for a future MH paint job we asked about. Very pleasant person and doesn't smell like "stinky cigarettes or booze" like other contractors sometimes do. We plan 2 hire again in the future.

I am a disabled veteran, and my budget is minimal. Austin Burns was my contractor for this company and he delivered on all aspects of the job: price, customer service, on time delivery of services and they cleaned up after completion of job. Austin even fixed some damage to the roof that we did not know about before starting the job. I would rate Austin and On the Spot with a 6 out of 5 stars.

Austin was respectful and polite. showed up when he said he would and kept me informed. completed the flat Roof Repair and Foam in a couple days. gave us a 5-year warranty. all for a reasonable price plan to use him for all future repairs and normal maintenance

Austin did a great job, showed up on time for the review and estimate. Estimate was reasonable, job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Work came with a five year warranty. Will find out after the first hard rain if the repair was good.
