NULAWN Landscape Remodel and Design

Amazing work. Brett and his guys started early Saturday morning and were done by Sunday afternoon. Once Brett go my deposit check he called an scheduled me in two days later.

NuLawn- Brett returned all calls in a timely manner, friendly, very knowledgeable, attention to detail and helpful with design. Crews were on time and hard working with attention to detail as well. Projected time of project was reasonable and was actually completed a day ahead of schedule. Can not say enough good things about NuLawn.... Had hired Brett and his crew to do similar work at another house to put on the market... yard turned out beautiful and clean .... house sold in 4 days! Great job NuLawn, thank you!

It went really well. The work was done in a timely manner, and the crews were efficient and very competent. Brett Massie, the owner, was great about checking in in to be sure all was well.

I noticed after a few weeks my plant began to die after they had completed the job. I contacted the company and they did not offer to come out to help see what was going on. I had to get another company to come out and discover that they had forgotten to take the caps off the water tubes they had installed!, They did a sloppy job and did not finish the work, nearly killing my landscaping, and leaving me to have to pay another landscaper to fix their mess. So not just sloppy work, but also they did not take responsibility and offer to help fix their mistake.

The team at Nulawn did a great job, I was very pleased with the way the landscaping turned out. Additionally, they dug up and completely rebuilt a brick patio in my back yard that was sinking due to erosion for no cost. Great customer service and great work.

Crews were on time and did excellent work. Concrete was removed and replaced in two days. The spreading of 15 tons of rock was done in another day.

He was very prompt, and quick to respond and provided me with a detailed quote so I can portion out work and keep the cost down.

Everything was excellent. The guys were very courteous and worked extremely hard all day. The turf is beautiful. Brett definitely knows his product and the installation was comprehensive, top quality. We had one major problem with the job. Unfortunately, no one was available when they arrived and began the cutting, so our beautiful mature landscape (trees and bushes) were pruned back so hard, it hurt to look at them. After the fact, I realized that in communicating with Brett about the specific definition of "clean up" I was not detailed enough. Clearly we had different ideas. We lost a lot of our shade and the mature look. It is indeed a cleaner look, however, it just took a day or two to recover from the shock. Communication is key.

The work went very well! Brett was able to complete the work on time and stay on budget . Brett kept me updated during the process and followed up after work was complete, He obviously cares about his company and it shows. I would highly recommend and will use his services again.

We had several other people out to trim our trees over the years and they have never looked better than this. The new turf is amazing and was installed quickly. The kids are loving it and our water bill is going to love it even more.

We are very happy with the process and the results. The team worked long hours in hot weather, yet were always very courteous and continued to pay attention to detail throughout the project. There were only a couple of punch items identified during the project, and those were fixed well before the rest of the project was completed. We appreciate NULAWN/Brett and his team for their hard work and attention to detail. We are very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend them.

I called several companies to get quotes. Brett was very quick to respond and showed up when he said he would. I showed him what all we needed done and asked him to break everything up in the quote. I told him that my daughters birthday was in July and she wanted to have a pool party so we needed to have the work done by then. After he left I thought of another thing we wanted done and I called him back to discuss it. Within a few days I had a detailed quote. We decided to move forward with only a couple of the items first and Brett was fine with that. He scheduled the day and his guys showed up early in the morning and got started. They worked late in the day and came back the very next day to finish up. We were impressed and called Brett a few days later to have another item completed. Again they showed up early in the morning and worked late in the day. They had to come back the next morning to finish up. We are going to be completing another item in the next week. Brett is always quick to respond to phone calls or text messages throughout the process. I would recommend Nulawn to anybody looking to have landscaping work done.

After our initial meeting, they provided an estimate very promptly. The work was done in a professional manner and completed even before the time agreed upon. I am quite happy with the results.

They were great. The grass arrived the night before and they were promptly there early in the morning to lay. When we had questions about mowing and watering Brett promptly returned our calls and emails with all the info we needed. The grass looks beautiful and we are pleased with his crew's install and follow up.

We had 3 companies (all on Angie’s list) come out and give us a quote on our backyard remodel (new install). All three were close in price when compared apples to apples. But, Brett at Nulawn had a much better presentation, listened to our ideas and asked how we wanted to utilize the porch and yard. He brainstormed with us a few design ideas to match our goals. And Brett even had a few samples of pavers and travertine in his truck for the back porch. Several of the samples he had with him were very close to what we were looking for but we were still undecided about which color would look best. So after picking Nulawn as our landscaper, we took his suggestion to go visit the tile supplier he most often works with to see more options on display and we ended finding exactly what we wanted. For the rocks in the yard, he was able to find an exact match to what we had in the front yard. We had a couple specific plants that we wanted but were not sure on the rest, so he offered to meet us at the nursery and walk with us while we looked, discussed and decided. Brett was very patient and gave some wonderful suggestions on the plant selection. On the install day, the Nulawn crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to get it completed. When it was all finished, they cleaned up the area very well and Brett gave us a walk through. He offered suggestions on watering the plants for the first summer while they get established etc. and walked me through how to program our existing drip system control unit. We loved the excellent work of Brett and his team at Nulawn. We would definitely recommend Nulawn, and will call them again for future projects on our wish list.

NULAWN came out for an estimate to help give both front and backyard a facelift/remodel adding shade and reducing maintenance. Not having much experience, I made known what my goals were and let the expertise of design team do their part. I was given the best solutions/ideas for the size and area they had to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with end results. NULAWN was very knowledgeable, reasonably price (you get what you pay for), professional and prompt. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend them for any/all your landscape needs. The estimate given in person was within $500. of final bill and time for entire project was a couple days less thanl expected. As we know pictures don't always do justice but my yard looks amazing!

Very well pleased with the finished work. Gravel was delivered 7:00 AM. Workers arrived 8:00 AM. Work was finished 11:00 AM. Our yard looks better now then when we first moved in to our newly built house.

We were referred to NULAWN by a friend. We needed a company that could provide some direction, while still keeping costs within our budget; NULAWN did that and more. The project went even better and quicker than expected! Brett was extremely punctual, professional, and helpful. He even met us at the nursery to help pick out plants and then the rock yard to pick out our preferred rock. He recommended turf, and we're so glad he did; it's low maintenance and our dogs love it. Plus, no mud or grass being brought into the house! The up lighting Brett suggested makes our backyard pop at night and looks awesome! The one angled at the large bird of paradise looks especially good. We are very happy how everything turned out and will definitely work with Brett again on our next project.

Brett delivered on everything he promised, at the time he promised and at the price he promised. He was easy to work with and everything looks great. Brett and his crew did a great job, and I would certainly use NULAWN again.

Highly recommend Brett and NULAWN. Wanted to make better use of backyard space but unsure of where to start. Showed Brett some pictures of yards I liked and he took the concepts and designed what would work in my yard and my budget. Removed/replaced trees, cleaned up overgrown vines, add landscape lighting, planted easy to maintain plants, installed artificial grass and expanded pool deck with a perfect match to original that was years old…he created a clean, cohesive and beautiful environment. All work was done in a very timely manner by a crew that was professional, nice and showed real interest in their work. Since that job, I have used NULAWN for general landscaping, concrete driveway repair, irrigation repair and rock replenishment. They are hands above others I have used in professionalism and quality of work.

Although we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted, Brett was very patient and helpful guiding us through the process. Brett also maintained great communication throughout the project and when his crew showed-up they were polite, professional and kept the area clean. The yard looks awesome and Brett had a great eye for which plants and layout looked best. We will definitely use NULAWN again!

Job installation and completion was timely and all expectations were met. Final bill was consistent with initial estimate. Crew was thorough and experienced. Brett communicated with us throughout the entire project. We highly recommend NULAWN and will use them again.

We are very happy with the work that was performed. When we initially called, Brett came out and gave us an estimate for several different options. It took us a couple of months, but when we were ready to have the work done he scheduled us, and performed some tree and shrub trimming ahead of the project so it would look nice for a party we were having. This was greatly appreciated. He also worked with our HOA and provided them with all of the materials they needed to approve our project including a turf sample, rock sample, drawing, and specifications on very short notice. When they arrived to start the project, they were on time and very efficient. Brett was onsite for much of the work, and his crew was neat and tidy. They removed the grass, put in the artificial turf and curbing, re rocked the entire home, and completely redid the entire irrigation system. They also put in pavers on one side, and went above and beyond for the install by adding more pavers than originally planned with no problems. He also installed new lighting in the front yard that looks great. We have had many compliments on our yard by neighbors and friends since the work was completed. If you are looking to have landscaping work done, Nulawn would be a great choice.
