I gave them a total of $225 check. The $95 is for the diagnostic or checking things that needs to be done with my oven. Apart from not being able to fulfill the job, they've become unresponsive now. I've been reaching out with them but receives no response at all. I just want my $130 back as I had my oven done by the other company. I think they're a con company.

He was nice. I think his bedside manner was very good.

Amazing. There's not a single thing I can complain and criticize. The staff was excellent, I was able to get in within a few days, the doctor listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, and generally made me feel like I mattered. I've recommended him to two of my friends, each of which felt the same as me.

I did get some treatments right then, so I was glad to not have to make another appointment. But on healing, one seems incomplete, so I may have to go back - but I would not hesitate to go back to him.

He was fantastic. His whole office is wonderful. From the minimal registration form to the warmth of his receptionist to the doctor's incredible manner, this was an experience that minimized patient discomfort and maximized healing. He actually came to the door himself to tell me to come back to the examination room. That, all by itself, was a unique experience. And then he was warm and explained things clearly and took all the time I needed.

He was very pleasant. My expectations was that I would have all of my skin looked at. I was expecting my first visit to be more of an examination. I would go back to this office again, but I feel like it was my fault as much as any that I didn't ask. The old office I came from always did this and I expected this office to be the same. There was nothing bad about my visit. The office staff was nice and the doctor was punctual. Everything went well.

The office is deep inside a large medical complex, but finding the right building and a parking space was easy. Small staff was friendly and efficient, and the new patient paperwork consisted of a single page to fill out. There was one patient ahead of me in the waiting room, and Dr. Love acknowledged me and apologized for the wait when he personally called the other patient back. Really, no apology was necessary as I had only been waiting less than five minutes at that point, and it was still a few minutes before my appointment time.
Dr. Love is clearly quite competent and efficient. He is also genuinely friendly, and answered all of my questions. He correctly diagnosed my condition virtually immediately (my GP had misdiagnosed it), and prescribed a treatment that my GP had never considered. One day later, the treatment is obviously working.

I would highly recommend Dr. Love and his staff (Christen) for their professionalism and courtesy that started on the phone, further more I was very pleased with the results and cannot wait to refer them to other perspective patients

If I had stayed in the area, I would have gone back to him.

My daughter was having some skin rashes, so she went to go see him. He prescribed some ointment. Now, everything's fine.

The doctor was very attentive and an excellent communicator of what he found and what he planned to do and why. The work was done very efficiently and effectively. My only complaint is that it took two appointments to get the work done: 1) an initial examination, and 2) a return trip to have the mole removed. I feel that both could have been done in one visit, saving me the trouble of two trips. Other than that, the entire experience was excellent.

You never know what to expect when you go to a new doctor. This was a great experience for me. The Doctor greeted me personally when I was called. (not just put into a room by a nurse to wait for the doctor) Once in the exam room, he covered everything I needed to know and then proceeded to remove the bad spots I came to have removed. I felt like I was not rushed and my treatment went extremely well. We he was finished, he asked me if there was anything else I needed to discuss with him. As much as I hate going to Doctors, I look forward to my next regular exam a year from now.

It was quite easy to get an appointment. Dr. Love was very kind and knowledgeable, and made sure that all my questions were answered. The office staff was also quite friendly and efficient. In my experience, it is hard to find both a doctor and staff that I am pleased with, but this was the case with Dr. Love and his office. If I have any future need for a dermatologist, I will be contacting Dr. Love.

I did have to wait 3 week for an appointment. I also waited for 45 minutes at the office until I was seen. Once he is in the room, it is as if you are his only patient. He is very kind and worth the wait.

Very adept at diagnosing skin problems. Great listener as well as communicator. Wonderful office staff as well. Highly recommended!

He was very nice and personable. Dr. Love tried many different treatments but none worked so he referred me to another doctor who used less conservative methods.

Dr. Love will work for you, not for your insurance company.

I was VERY impressed with Dr. Love. He is friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, I made another appointment to take my other daughter to him. I will recommend him to everyone. How often do you have a doctor who actually calls you back right away? I cannot rate the treatment yet but I am satisfied that Dr. Love knows what he is doing -- if this medication doesn't work, I know he will suggest something else.
