Very effective high heat process. Very generous with the chemical treatments as well. Make sure you have a powerful vacuum to pull up the lower pile after the carpet dries. The stain resistant treatment seems to require that for the carpet to look its best. At least ours did

I have used them several times and they do a good job. Will continue to use them by taking advantage of Angie's List specials. They are prompt, courteous and always do a good thorough job.

The team arrived as scheduled with a courtesy pre-call to let us know they were on the way. They cleaned the outside of about 20 windows, including the inside of a 17 foot high clerestory window over our front door which we can never reach. We also asked about cleaning a hanging entry light in the atrium inside our front door. Since this wasn't on our original request, they looked up the charge and it was listed on their fee schedule. We were happy to have this done since the height is beyond our reach. We are considering having them back to our home for a touch-up, since we had several days of rain soon after they left. This is quite unusual for Phoenix to have any rain in early June. The staff seems dedicated to customer service, even sending greeting cards and reminders.

They were very courteous and professional. What a difference clean windows make!!! They were running late from a previous job but did call to give estimated time of arrival and then called again when they were closer to my house. They provide A++ service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They didn't do the tracks which I didn't understand why. I wasn't thrilled with that but it was okay. We have a lot of windows. They were just okay.

Did explain that they could not remove water spots. So we were left with cleaner windows where you could clearly see the water spots.
