We've been using Bulwark for several years now. I have to say that we've never been disappointed with the work done by any of their technicians, but today our tech, Carrie C. went above and beyond. Carrie was in no hurry to get the job done. She spent as much time at our home as was necessary to do a complete, thorough job. We were impressed with how much time she dedicated to this treatment. She explained the process before she started, then summarized after she was done. We have had issues with ants as well as voles. She handled both in addition to the standard treatment. Two thumbs up.

Charles is always professional and thorough. He even sends me pictures of extra work performed, i.e. cob web removal. If I see anything, he's on it! This pest control program is the best ever. If I see a scorpion, they are right back and they take extra time and spray a huge periphery of my property to assure me I won't see another (or if I do, they are sluggish which is better than ACTIVE!).
