The technician's name was Austin Munn. He was thorough, explained things very well, and was honest. Highly recommend. Communicating with the office can be frustrating. (eg: phone transferred multiple times every time I called, lack of communication between departments, trying to upsell me things even when I told them multiple times I wasn't interested, etc.). But Austin was awesome, so I would use this company again.

Excellent. Ciaran always avoids my wooden front door and sends me a photo that my gate has been closed, so I know my dog is safe. Couldn't ask for more.

Ciaran is my technician. He is always on time, respectful and professional. I have a large property with many areas requiring maintenance and special attention, which he routinely handles. he always ask if there is something during the past month, I may seen, but forgot to mention, to refresh my recall if in fact there was. One day I noticed a wasp hive in my cat enclosure, texted him and he was there in record time. He will advise me if he is not available on my regular day, to give me the option of having him service me earlier or after his return. Can’t say enough good things about him. I built this home 13 yearyears ago, and they have been the only extermination company I’ve every used. Highly recommend him, and the company

I’ve been using Bulwark for a few years now and absolutely love them. They are always on time and very responsive when we need anything. Josh did our service today and he was very thorough. He messaged me in advance to let me know he would arrive and did so on time. I requested he not knock or ring the bell because we had a baby sleeping inside, and he was so quiet my dog never even noticed he was in the yard. Will continue to use Bulwark for years to come!

Brett Wallace was the service pro and called to tell me he was on the way. Once he got here, he informed me of the service call and asked if we had any other concerns or issues. He completed the call quickly and provided a receipt with all of the products used, as well as our bill which we pay every-other-month. Afterwards, Brett sent a photo of the product he used and reassured us that we should not have any issues with bugs in the near future. We have used Bulwark for nearly 20 years and they have always been responsive to our needs and their costs are reasonable for the service we receive. Five Stars for Bulwark and Five Stars for Brett Wallace.

I called Bulwark Pest Control, our regular pest provider, on Saturday to schedule a service call because I had little ants coming in under the kitchen sink. Our service professional, Joel came right away on Monday and he was able to treat the ant problem. He is super knowledgable about what to do and it's always a pleasure talking with him. Joel is awesome and always willing to come out when we need him. We are extremely happy with Joel and the service we receive from Bulwark!

The company, Bulwark Exterminating, is well organized and effectively administers their services. The technician, Toinia Brewster, who performs the regularly scheduled service on my property is well-trained, diligent, personable, professional, efficient and thorough.

Our guy Curtis Hansen is wonderful. He takes his time to get to all the nooks and crannies in our yard and around our house. He makes sure to secure our yard gate when he's finished. We love the reliability and customer service.

Jose V. is knowledgeable and professional and does a great job at keeping the insects and weeds under control.
