did an excellent job, just a few bumps but they were not forseen and they were able to handle them

Outstanding! Very, very pleased! - Everyone with Sunset Tile and Bath made the entire process so smooth, efficient and as stress free as possible -from Mark who drew up the plans and quoted the job to Audra who assisted with choosing granite, tile, and wood to match, to Paul who scheduled and oversaw the work and the entire crew -Cesar the tile man, Andrew the plumbing guy, and the two Tonys who did demolition, plaster, and cabinetry. The job took 4 weeks and every one of the workers were very professional and it showed that they took a lot of pride in their work. My opinions were valued throughout the job. If there was ever anything at all that could be discussed further, we discussed it. We're talking about simple things that most contractors would take for granted such as verifying the exact location I wanted the hardware on the cabinetry or the exact height of the seat in the walk-in shower. I really liked that and had never experienced this with other contractors. Sunset Tile and Bath will openly admit that they are not the least expensive operation in town, but they believe (as I do) that they are well worth it. They did not skimp and they genuinely wanted to make sure we were pleased with the work. I will most definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Their love of what they do really shines through and as anxious as I was to have my bathroom project completed, I hated to say "goodbye" when they were done. They are a first class, top notch group of professionals!

Everything went perfectly. Mark at Sunset worked to understand what we wanted. He did all of the measurements, drawings, and designs. It was exactly what we wanted. Paul supervises the onsite work. Workmanship was excellent. Everything turned out perfect, on time, and on budget.

Outstanding - Sunset Tile and Bath made the remodeling process smooth, efficient and as pain and stress free as possible. The workers were very diligent and respectful of my home, and always very meticulously clean and detail oriented. I did not worry one second about the progress of the project because I truly dealt with outstanding professionals...from Audra the designer, who has remarkable patience and knowledge of design, to Paul the superintendent, very responsive and always very punctual. - and all the workers who were extremely talented and kind. Sunset tile and Bath is a first class operation that is not only extremely well managed, but in my opinion, a model for other contractors on how to do business that consistently exceeds customer's expectations and doing so with utmost integrity, passion and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Sunset Tile and Bath for my future remodeling needs, and highly recommend others to consult and engage their services as well.

My interaction with them was good. They came out and were very professional. Their price was definitely high; higher than the other estimate that we got. I believe that they were here on time.

Sunset Tile & Bath did an outstanding job. They helped with the design and were very patient through my many design changes. The ideas offered were always extremely helpful and were exactly the look I needed. The project was managed very professionally. The project was completely outlined and defined. Everyone showed up when they were scheduled. The workmanship was outstanding and there was minimal disruption to my home life. The crew cleaned up the best they possibly could each and every day. Many thanks to Mark, Paul, and the entire Sunset team for all the effort that went into making this project run so smoothly.

Audra, the designer, is a great person to work with, has a great eye for detail and was helpful in us getting the design completed. Tony and his father did most of the work. Their commitment to quality was very much appreciated. Tony even worked around me while I completed to early morning painting on one morning. Tony even installed some baseboards that I had painted to match the new baseboards in the adjacent bedroom. Paul installed the cabinets and also did a super job. Overall we are glad we chose Sunset and would do so again if we had the opportunity. The only downside was one wall cabinet that had to be ordered 3 times (i think). This was the cabinet manufacturer's fault, not Sunset's. When it finally came in without damage, it was early to mid-October. Tony came and installed it. The door on this cabinet still does not seat properly when closed, but we were very happy to have it all finished. I should probably have called them to come check this cabinet door's closing, maybe it could be adjusted... but I never got around to it. Sunset Tile and Bath is a great company to hire for your remodeling project.

I thought their estimate was a little high, so I didn't use them. I thought they were fine, but I wanted a better quote.

The company arrived on time every day for 2 weeks. They took the the shower area down to the studs and built it back up again. They were clean, neat and courteous. They removed any waste with minimum disruption to the other areas of the house. Every evening when they left the bathroom was neat enough to walk in. Our new shower is awesome, we would recommed this company to anyone. Their estimate was accurate and there were no time or cost overruns. The best contractor we have ever hired.

It was very good. They cleaned up well at the end of the day. The responded to changes and request. They were pleasant to work.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were minimally intrusive; they tried not to intrude on the people in the home at that time. The staff was meticulous in their clean up. They did an excellent job.

The crew was almost always timely and did a good job of keeping me informed. The master was done first and went rather well, especially considering it was a pretty big job. The job did seem to bog down near the end adn communication was not as good as at the start, but overall it did go well and the job looks very nice.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT FAMILY-RUN COMPANY. BY THE TIME THEY WERE DONE, THEY FELT LIKE PART OF OUR FAMILY! VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THESE GUYS DEFINITELY WERE VERY SKILLED. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO US AND MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY/COMPANY TO ANYONE. AND I WOULD HAVE THEM DO ANY FUTURE TILE/BATH WORK AT OUR HOME.
