Initial phone call was very helpful. Arrived right on time and advised me what they were going to do. Left me with instructions for follow-up and very professional. Most important - IT WORKED! Weeds and spurge are gone.

Called to request yearly treatment ($165). Was told it was too late in the year for that, but could do 6 month service. After application I verified with the service guy that it was $110, and he agreed saying I had asked for 6 month service. That didn't line up. So I asked if a stronger chemical was used for the yearly service, being to late to apply, and was told the only difference was the nozzle size on the sprayer. More chemical=longer lasting? Looks like they got an extra $55. Only using them again if next to no weeds come up. Will go back to DIY with Weed Impede. They also never stated that you must water it in yourself, as with DIY. Only saved half the labor and cost about $60 more. PS: asked about senior discount and heard muffled laugh. I guess I don't sound 62 over the phone.

They give senior citizen discounts. Friendly, courteous and prompt. They keep their word. Very professional.
