Quality Landscaping & Yard Cleaning

I may have to take some responsibility here as I left for work when they were arriving to begin yard clean up and tree trim. I asked ahead of time if they did trimming of large trees and was told yes, they did. The clean up was done but a glass shelf, that I specifically pointed out as part of a set, was thrown away. Additionally, my large beautiful shade tree was cut so much that it is no longer recognizable as the same tree. Rule of thumb is to take off NOT more than 25% of the foliage at one time. My tree had more than 70% of branches hacked off, yes it was cleared from the roof and my patio, but this tree no longer even offers any shade! I am hoping so much that it will grow back the way it was----it needed TRIMMED, not eliminated! I don't mind paying to have it trimmed every few months---I won't need this trimmed for a very long time, no way to say how long, but I'm sure more than a year or two!!! HUGE TIP: don't trust that they know what they are doing, make sure you stay present and can give input. Workers were very polite, prompt, and hardworking, just wish I had stayed home to guide the tree trimming.

Great attitude and worked very fast!! Trees look great!! Would have rated across, however they left a big frond in our pool for us to fish out.
