They installed a defective countertop that STUNK from the overflows. I complained, they told me to f**k off. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Contractors Association. The Representative said the DWV Vents were clogged. I paid a Contractor $350.00 to prove they were not, scared my wife and I were going to die from Methane Poisoning. AT THE DEMAND OF Lee's that denied their product was defective. There had to be a reason that STENCH was coming out of the Overflow. The Overflows were connected with rubber tubes. They were TOO LONG, which caused a Belly in them, trapping Biologic Debris. I requested they shorten them. The STENCH Immediately stopped. I requested reimbursement for an Unnecessary Procedure. Lee's told me to go to h***, not their problem Customer Service is not a priority for this disrespectful company.

I used LCTT for a remodel at my previous home. They did good work so I did not hesitate to call them for a remodel on my new home. They come to your home for a pre-measure to ensure they get the proper amount of material. We went to the showroom twice to choose the material we desired for the countertops. (the first choice became unavailable, hence two visits). The material we chose looks great. The workmanship falls short. I contacted LCTT and they had a representative come by to investigate the workmanship. He left saying the workmanship is within the ROCs (Registrar of Contractors) guidelines. I was not pleased with the answer so I decided to call other counter installers and they all agree the workmanship by LCTT was simply a bad job and the excuses are only a means to avoid having to fix the error. I called LCTT again and spoke to the owner (Kurt). He, too, said the work is within the ROCs guidelines and went on to say because of notches were used to set the black splash in place which is why there is a 1/4 gap between the wall and the backsplash. I argued that a template to cut accurately would prevent any gaps. I am pretty handy with in-home projects so I know how to make accurate cuts. These guys do this for a living, this is their craft, they should know how to do this. The owner was not interested in making good on the issue, he rests on the workmanship falling within the ROCs acceptance. Before I ended our conversation, I asked him... if this was the quality of work performed for family members, or close friends, home if he would settle on this workmanship being acceptable, he skated around the question. I, unfortunately, have to accept this error and live with it every day. I placed a decorative jar in front of it so I don't have to see it. If you're ok with, just ok, hire the ROC, they might get it right for less.

Salesperson, Tim, was quite helpful when we were choosing our new countertops. He provided suggestions for the two options that we were considering. We had a specific timeframe in mind and our installation was completed well within it. Installation went smoothly and one issue that we noticed afterward was taken care of promptly.

Excellent. Very timely and professional

Very smooth operation as we purchsed Allen and Roth countertops from Lowes in February. In about two weeks Lee's called and set up an appointment to do the installation. Everything went fine and the countertops turned out great.

Everything went well from start to finish. We visited their showroom and took home samples of different products. When we had made our choices, we received an estimate and went ahead and placed our order. Measurements were taken at our home, and when the installation date arrived everything went smoothly. Our own plumber came out after they were finished and hooked up our faucet and plumbing lines. Lee's could have found a plumber but we wanted to use our own. Also, we bought our own faucet at Lowe's. From start to finish, there were no problems. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, on-time and professional. We are very happy with our new counter top. Everyone wants granite nowadays but for about 1/2 the price we have a beautiful maintenance free counter top that looks just as good as granite.

Lee's price was by FAR much higher than the competition for the same product, so we didn't hire them!

I saw Lee's Quality Countertops working at our neighbor's, so I asked for a card. Once they were finished, I visited my neighbor again and he recommended them. I liked what I saw, so I called them. I picked out the color at their showroom and a little later they were ready. He was very professional and I would hire them again.
