Description of Work: Seriously??? This is a refund on a service that was not performed. No additional info is offered. The vendor was not at fault and I am sure does good work. He was responsive, but I needed to schedule service with another vendor closer to my home due to imminent fire hazard due to a dryer vent blockage.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the Chimney Sweep Service. They were right on time. They were very neat with a very messy job. They laid protective pads around the fireplace area and hung protective sheeting on the fireplace while they worked. They were very effecient. They were also very polite. Description of Work: Had our ducts cleaned after some renovations. Also had two AC units cleaned. They arrived when expected and completed the job in our absence. They left the house clean and tidy, gave a recommendation for improving our system and called to follow-up to ensure all OK. We have some very high ceilings in part of our house but they handled it all very well. Used an Angie's List coupon and paid extra as expected for extra vents and cleaning of the AC units. Would use them again.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $59 dryer vent cleaning offer and spent an additional $45 to have the electric panel cleaned out as well. So glad I did this and it will now be an annual service. The entire wall was clogged with compacted lint and obviously was a fire hazard. It also reduced the efficiency of the dryer. The flexible tubing goes from the back of the dryer, up a wall between the studs and eventually the exit, approx. 10 feet up an outside wall. I highly recommend Mr. Golden's company!

We paid and additional $50 for the dryer to be cleaned of which part of this was a tip because they were so quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Golden Dryer Vent and Chimney Sweep.
