He was excellent and was very knowledgeable. He got right to the source of the problem and got it fixed. Much better experience from the previous company that came out to look at it. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

We called our home warranty service, OneGuard, to have someone check our refrigerator water dispenser. It was running slow and at times just a dribble was coming out. We had some busy days coming up so arranged for a visit a few days after the request for service. So when the tech, Mikey, came out, it was running better but still slow. Mikey asked us some questions to narrow down the possible cause of the malfunction. All signs pointed to the reverse osmosis system. He explained the possible problems with the RO system and we wrote them down to bring up with the RO folks who come out yearly to service the system (it's not covered by the home warranty). It's still running, a little slow, but running. Mikey was really good at explaining everything, was a pro, and friendly. The problem was outside the area of coverage but at least we know what to do about it.

Steve (the owner of Elite Appliance Repair) and Kevin arrived within the scheduled time window, though they had called ahead of time and said they could be a little late. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!

Our repair technician Jim actually arrived a few minutes early. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us the most cost effective options and we were very pleased with his work and professionalism. We were also able to obtain same day service just a few hours after calling. We were very impressed and would definitely hire again.

While the warranty company was very difficult, Tanner came through. He diagnosed the complete problem (this was the third failure of my oven) and instead of taking the easy fix route (which the previous company had), he did it right! Tanner called ahead when he was on his way, was prompt, courteous and tidy with repairs, cleanup, etc. Would definitely call on these folks again!

The office staff is great, professional and only provide information that they know is accurate. The repairman came within the specified timeframe accessed the problem. There was an approximate cost to make the necessary repairs and if we wished to proceed another appointment would be scheduled. We agree to proceed and another appointment was scheduled, once the necessary parts availability was confirmed. Again the repairman arrived within the specified timeframe and completed the removal and replacement of the water valve system. The repairman checked his work and verified the dishwasher was functioning as it should. The repairs was completed in a workman like manner, the area was cleaned and the warranty was issued in writing. The cost was what had been estimated. I would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, knowledge, punctuality and honesty.

Our over-the-stove microwave began starting on its own.  At first, it only happened when we were boiling water on the stove below.  Within days, it began to start with no provocation, sometimes in the middle of the night.  If not stopped, it would keep running and grow very hot.  We were afraid it might come on while away or asleep, and start a fire.  While we unplugged it to prevent further run away conditions, living without a microwave was a problem.  We reached out for help.
Steve came to our home, assessed the problem and took the appliance apart.  He quickly isolated the problem.  It seems the motherboard had gotten moisture inside it.  The moisture had expanded when hot and damaged to board.
Steve ordered a new board and just replaced it.  Problem solved.
Throughout the process, Steve has been great.  He answered our questions, helped us explore alternative resolutions and kept us informed about the status of the parts.
