Great to start! Got concrete on our pool deck and can not get anyone to come fix the problem. Got a lot of sand and turf pieces in our pool. When asked about it. No response on this issue.

They did an excellent job.

Easy to work with. Overcame some glitches. Quality of the work was exceptional. Travertine countertops look great.

I had backsplash installed in the kitchen. I was given several design ideas and had help making my final decision. I am extremely happy with the end result. There was one small problem after installation was completed but the owner had it rectified in a few days. Very professional, very courteous. If I had work of this type to do again, I would definitely give them a call

Tile was installed in four rooms. When the carpet was taken out, there was damage to one floor. They repaired that floor and installed the tile in all four rooms. The workmen were diligent, careful, and professional. The owner, Deb, couldn't have been better. Due to the damage to the floor, the job took longer than anticipated, but that did not change the level of service we received. We would definitely hire this group again and recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing tile installed.

Did a small bathroom which entailed removing laminate floor and replacing with tile. They did a good job matching the laminate for the divider strip between the bathroom and hall, the tile looks great and was done in about 4.5 hours. Carlos and team cleaned up, toilet put back with new ring, etc. Nice work.

We updated our entire house with new tile and carpet. We are very happy with Floor Coverings International of Chandler-Gilbert and highly recommend them! Deb and her team were very engaged and cared greatly about our home and experience. Prior to selecting them, the design associate came to our house and showed us many options and she was very consultative with us. They were definitely not the lowest price, but we selected them and they were well worth it. They arrived on time, moved our furniture, took great care of our home and the end result looks awesome. The owner(Debra) stopped by a few times to see if were happy with the progress of the project. The installers were pleasant, polite and cared about our experience.

Christine and Debra did a wonderful job getting our project going, Tim did a great job on the install! The flooring may be a little pricey but it's a quality product and will last!

I own several rental homes in Arizona and I needed to update the look with new flooring. Floor Coverings International Chandler consulted with me on options to upgrade the carpet to a resilient hard wood. Debra the owner was fantastic and I'm very happy with her service and recommendations. Her installers were also fantastic I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Chandler-Gilbert.

We were looking to replace our carpet in our home. We chose this company because of the great reviews they had on Home Advisor, Houzz, Facebook and Google. From the very first moment that the design consultant arrived at our home we knew we were in good hands. Christine listened to our concerns about getting this project done under our association rules. She had great suggestions about the type and color carpet we were looking for. No pressure what so ever. If you looking for a great company and design consultant to do your bidding, these are the people.

The proposal was for removal of our existing tile back splash and installation of a new tile back splash. I caught the installer trying to install the new tile OVER the old tile. He was none to happy when I informed him that he needed to remove the old tile before he installed the new. The final product looked awful and the installer didn't use the proper grout. They sent a different installer out to correct the job, but he was only able to do so much. They offered to tear it all out and start over, but we were afraid it would be awful, as well, so we elected to stop at that point. The first installer also dug a huge hole in our rock landscaping and poured their dirty water from their job in it and didn't even bother to replace the rock. I wish I could post a picture of that one for you. The sad thing is that the owner didn't even refund our down payment, knowing that it was a completely substandard job and that we were completely unsatisfied. She kept our $750 down payment and we are having to hire someone else to tear out their crappy work and do it over. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Debra's team did a beautiful job of installing mosiac tile where a wall had been removed. We are extremely pleased!

Floor Coverings International took over for a contractor that installed the wrong color of Saltillo in our courtyard and backyard hardscape. They took care to remove the concrete colored tile, and replace the correct color tile. The work was efficient, the effect beautiful, and everyone was kind. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Glenn gave us an estimate to remove carpet and tile our family room which was good enough to allow us to replace carpet two additional rooms. He was very pleasant and professional. He had everything with him in his mobile showroom so we could make our decision right away. The installers were outstanding. The work was done in a timely manner. Everyone went out of their way to please us, and they did. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Chandler. A class act !!
