From beginning to end it was a pleasure. They were on time very professional and did excellent work. I tiled my entire bathroom floor to ceiling in large tiles and it looks beautiful. No problems and the price was right. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company. Do yourself a favor.

I had a very positive (5 STAR) experience the whole way. Terry and Joe were wonderful guiding me through the initial process of figuring out what was needed and making sure that I was 100% on board with my choices. Josh and Josue Sr. did the physical install and they were informative and very professional and CLEAN! They made sure that everything was covered for the project and before they left for the day, the house was back to the way it was when they entered. This was the first big job that I’ve ever taken on, and I was nervous. But from the first appointment through the finished product, my nerves were settled and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I love my walk in shower, new sinks and toilets!

We recently had our shower remodeled by Five Star Bath, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! The sales process was completely pressure-free—our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our options without making us feel overwhelmed or uninformed. We especially loved the 3D model they created, which allowed us to visualize exactly how our choices would look before moving forward. When it came time for installation, the crew was just as impressive. They were professional, courteous, and extremely respectful of our home. They took every precaution to keep our space clean, covering surfaces and even putting down protective materials on the floor to prevent any damage. The entire remodel was completed in just two days, and everything went smoothly without any issues. Five Star Bath also made financing easy by connecting us with a loan company that got us approved quickly and at a great rate. Overall, we couldn’t be happier!

We are the original owners of a 30-year-old house, with a shower tub combination. This item was redesigned and looks really nice as a shower only. The work was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The job cost was about $12k less than two other bidders. We recommend this contractor.

I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) Fast turnaround. My father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request.

This company is top notch. They explained the project to me in a timely manner and were not high pressure. Their price was excellent for the work performed. They even added a couple of extras to my project that I wanted done at a reasonable price. They stayed in contact with me through the entire procedure and installed my shower in a day-and-a-half. They were courteous while in my home and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. My new shower exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a bathroom remodel.

The work was excellent. They left everything in house and bathroom just as good or better than before they started. They took their time in doing the project to make sur they did quality work. I will certainly use their services again.

All people are extremely professional and friendly. Explained all phases of the work and answered any questions that were asked. Extremely neat process with very clean removal of old parts and beautiful installation. We are very pleased with a new more functional shower room.

Great experience with Five Star Bath! They installed two showers for us. Their prices and quality were excellent. Each shower took two days to demo and install, with minimal noise, hassle and mess. The showers are easy to clean and maintain. We were able to customize the showers to our preferences, including nichea. Our installers (Josh and his father) were fantastic to work with-efficient, professional, clean. Highly recommend.

Five Star Bath Solutions of East Valley (Gilbert, AZ) was awesome to work with starting with customer service/sales, project management, and with the install team. Great product and affordable. Bathroom update included a new layout with walkin shower, new vanity and toilet install; and removal of a wall, tub w/enclosure, vanity, toilet and relocation of some pipes. A new trafficmaster floor was also put in throughout most of parkhome. Agreed upon work was done professionally, quickly and installers were mindful of HOA requirements. Super happy and highly recommend this business!

The timeline from start to finish was very amazing, especially since we just purchased our house and needed new bath & walk in showers as soon as possible. The workers were not only friendly but the cleanest construction crew I have ever seen. They left my hallway cleaner than when they arrived, the extra effort was noticed.
