This post is long overdue. My experience was amazing. I was desperately seeking someone to clean our couch and ottoman since my puppy was marking his territory all over it. I was sure we would not be able to get the smell out. Within minutes of submitting my question online, Mike called me and we scheduled an appointment for that week. The first round did not do the trick but Mike gladly came back out and cleaned it again and also did the rug underneath our ottoman (just in case the smell was coming from it). Overall, I am super satisfied and plan on using Mike to clean our tile and carpets.

I am extremely happy with the results and very pleased, my carpet turned out fabulous!

Very friendly and easy to schedule! My carpets take a lot of damage from two dogs and a cat and Ran 9 Carpet Cleaning made them look and smell like new! I have hired this company twice and would highly recommend them!

Michael Ranahan, the owner, is a great guy. He is prompt, professional and customer oriented. They cleaned carpets, furniture etc and were quick. I have used this company often and each time they have left me feeling good about their work. The thing that sets Michael apart from other carpet cleaning companies is his willingness to come back and touch up if needed, for very soiled areas or spots left over. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Ran 9 carpet Cleaning did a super job. I went with the whole house carpet clean. It was actually over the 1800 square footage by a room, but didnt charge me any extra. I did buy the fiber scotchguard protector for 5 rooms. It was a good value. I would recommend this company to whomever needs service. I am hiring Michael for my rental property in February as well. Reliable and fast service; professional in approach and outcome was better than anticipated.

Showed up early to make sure hoses were long enough and was very patient in answering questions. Finished the carpets in good time and pointed out trouble areas, explaining each one. Excellent service and a good price.

The owners themselves showed up early for our appointment. They took a great deal of time answering all my questions, plus taking great care to finally resolve a problem area in the carpet that had been a problem for years. They invited me to call them anytime if something requires their return. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Mike arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, which was great! He was efficient, friendly and professional. Our carpets are clean and beautiful again! He even charged us less than what he quoted over the phone. We will definitely recommend Mike to friends and family and will use his service again.

I used alot of carpet cleaners in the past this was the best my carpets ever looked. They went over and beyond the normal by moving items that they did not have to and going over a few area two times. I would recommend this company to anyone one and everone. They did such a great job i paid them more then they asked for the job and gave a tip which i have never done before. Great Job and I will be using the service in the future 100%!!!!!!
