Everything about the job (we had carpet and tile cleaned) was explained very well. Michael was willing to negotiate price and was very fair. He and his partner came on a holiday at no extra charge. They were both friendly and willing to answer questions, but that didn't slow them down. The carpet on the stairs was black before they started, but now it is clean and plush. The whole house smells great. Tile back to white again!

I could not have been more pleased with the job Ran 9 did on my carpet. I had neglected my carpet and was concerned that it could not be restored to its original brilliance. Ran 9 spent extra time on the carpet and I was left with a wonderful outcome. The owner of the company and his very experienced assistant were prompt, presented themselves well dressed and groomed and in a professional manner. They listened to my concerns, followed-up for feedback and were willing to come back if I had any future problems with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their mission is quality cleaning and they accomplish it.

This company was awesome and reasonably priced. I hired them to clean the carpet in a rental and the carpet looked great when they were done. They were prompt, professional and friendly!! They even worked on a holiday.

Very friendly and easy to schedule! My carpets take a lot of damage from two dogs and a cat and Ran 9 Carpet Cleaning made them look and smell like new! I have hired this company twice and would highly recommend them!
