On time, professional, courteous, knowledgable, and most enjoyable to work with. Husbands recliner was ready for dump or re-upholsery. After Tood finished, it looks almost as good as new. I will let it back in the family room. My husband is delighted and so am I. WILL CALL RAN9 FOR OUR RV NEXT!
