R&T Repair Inc

I've R&T a lot over the last several years. You can count on them to do the job right. Very professional, honest and competent. They will also give you a ride back to your place and pick you up, which is a big bonus. I do feel that their prices are a little high at times, but that's due to their commitment to quality and service. In Cottonwood, it is hard to find a good mechanic, so R&T is a blessing. Very trustworthy. There are times at the front desk I feel I am being "up sold" other services, extras and preemptive care that may or may not be necessary. I just say no to most of these, unless it makes sense or really needs to be done at the time.

We have been using Rand T for the last nine years and he is the only
one that we use to repair our four automobiles. Bob, Jeff and Brittany
are always friendly, responsive and helpful. Bob is very honest and
stands behind his work - most of which has a one year guarantee. He is
quick to point out where you can save money and still be safe and
confident in your vehicles. We tried others, moved to Rand T and don't
go anywhere else. He is always fast and on time.

Truck would not move when put in gear, towed to Rand T because my parents recommended them, told them I did not need to have it fixed right away because I hve another vehicle.They called the next day to say they had found the problem, a clogged filter in the transmission, changed the filter and the tranny fluid, test drove OK. I picked it up that day, Paid about $150, and was really happy to dodge what I had thought might well be a bill that would have brought into question the value of keeping the vehicle. Brittney at the front desk was totally positive and informative. Answered all my questions.Thanks Rand T.

The quality of the service is great. If Bob fixes something, it is fixed for ever. He always does his research to get me the best price and best automobile parts when required. He really knows his vehicles. I would rather take a new vehicle to him than to the dealers even if it is under warranty because the service and the quality of his repairs are outstanding. He just knows his work so well.
