Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Chandler, Arizona

It went well. Representatives worked to find area where roof rats might be entering home. Cleaned area, set traps, currently in process of setting and checking traps. So far has trapped 4 roof rats.

I use one of their guys regularly, He's the one that comes. I have not used anybody different. I ask for him and that's who comes. He knows my house. In that quarterly period, if I have to call them about something, they come and it's not an extra charge. I guess just in general, they are professional and I like that.

I thought that was high. The only thing I didn't like, but I did it, is you pay for the warranty and it's yearly. I couldn't understand, even when they did it, there wasn't a warranty for the first year. I don't know why and I find that unusual. I still object to it. It's a different person than the regular guy. They are professional about it. I guess it's with the pricing on what I call extras. The regular guy, the regular servicing and all that, that's very good because of the guy who comes around. He helps me a lot. In the beginning, I did have an argument about the termites. That was kind of sensitive. I had termites. But I had been using them prior to that for 2 years and during the two years, I complained to them all the time. They would send somebody and tell me it wasn't termites. Finally, I put a bunch of these things in a baggie and gave it to the manager and it turned out to be termites. I was very angry. I felt that if they had done it in the beginning, it wouldn't have cost so much. I felt they shouldn't have charged me that price and they would not back down. Now, I did not call anybody else to see what they would charge. That may have been a mistake, I don't know. It's d****d if you do, and d****d if you don't.

I wasn't sure if I had an issue in my attic that would require an exterminator. I was able to schedule a free inspection with Truly Nolen. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. What I appreciated the most was honesty. I was afraid that whatever company came out there was a strong likelihood that company would try to sell me something that I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told everything looked OK in the attic. The tech also inspected the outside of my house. He said everything looked good and he didn't try to sell me anything. He left his business card and told me to call them if I need them in the future.

They were responsive and professional in their initial visit several months ago, after which we purchased an annual service contract with them. This week, we were delighted to have them call us to schedule their quarterly inspection--with many service providers, we would have been left chasing them to perform their contracted services! We could not be more pleased.

we live in the desert so pests are all over however we have used Truly Nolan for almost 5 years now and have not seen a creepy crawly in the house ever! outside Oh yeah but as I said we do live in the desert! John is out tech and we are so pleased with him! we have had others standing for him on occasion just not the same! only once have we called them back for a respray! I would recommend them to anyone!

I would have them back in a heart beat. I moved in to my house 2 years ago, called them because neighbors warned about scorpions. I called they sent Mark out, I had met him before because he did the rental across the street from the house we just bought. He came out looked at the house and inspected everywhere. Gave me notes on what to do to protect the house from insects. Gave me a quote for about 85 bucks a quarter they would take care of the pest control. I agreed and paid in full for a small discount. He sprayed inside and out, the inside was only spot spraying where the insects normally come. Outside is a full application. About 2 days later I had a scorpion on my ceiling above my bed! Called the next day after killing this one, he came back out sprayed again. About 2 months later we had one more in the house. He was due to come out again at this point so he came out and did the next treatment and sprayed where the one was in side to make sure it wouldn't be coming back. After month 3, we have not seen a scorpion at our house. Neighbors still have them but we do not have them. We have earwigs once in a great while inside, or an occasional spider that is literally dying when we find it. Anytime I find something I call and Mark comes back and sprays if we ask him to. They will come back every day if that's what you want, but they do such a great job I don't have to worry. Last time he was here, we had fire ants coming over the back wall from city property. He sprayed out house, then went around to the city property and threw some bait to try to stop it. Since he has done that we have not seen any of the fire ants! Their service is A+, Mark is the best and I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are truthful with you, will tell you they can't prevent scorpions but they can get the food source which will help. They go the extra mile and it's great!
