Palladino's Cleaning Service

The previous home owners left our new home in disgusting condition. My wife spent hours vacuuming and cleaning and was so overwhelmed at the amount of work that was still to come. So we decided to hire a house cleaning company. First we got an estimate from a friend of a friend (you know how that goes.) Then I stumbled upon palladinos on Craigslist, I read every Angies list review on them and investigated several other companies. I called the man and asked him what his service includes and was taken back by how in depth and thorough he was. I told him I am going to have my wife call him so he can repeat all that. lol. They came and were here for hours cleaning this house, I could not believe how clean it looked and smelled. Ohh I forgot to mention most of the reason the house was so disgusting was because they had a cat. We paid for move in special plus a wall wipe down and it was worth every penny. They hung around even after hours of cleaning for us to point out small superficial things they may have missed, It was well passed dark. So my wife paid the supervisor, and forgot to tip the help. We still feel so bad that they worked so hard and my wife jipped them. We will hire again in the future so hopefully we get the same guys and can make it up to them! Our home is 2500 sf with an oversized 3 car garage.

They cleaned the house top to bottom and took out all the screens and cleaned the windows. I was very impressed. They worked hard and all day and the house looked great afterwards.

They did a good job. When it came down to the end, the guy on the phone said that they'd clean my fridge, but the workers didn't know that. However, after I pointed it out, they did clean my fridge.

We made an appointment to have a "move-out" cleaning done of a home we had just purchased. This service provider was able to come when we hoped, before new appliances were to be installed. The home was virtually empty of furniture and personal items. They did not have to clean appliances or carpets. The two cleaners worked fairly steadily. They wiped down cabinets, floors, and shelves, and washed windows. Although the house was left in a very soiled condition, we didn't realize a "move-out" cleaning and "wipe-down" wouldn't make a great deal of difference. It was clean enough for us to begin our own cleaning. The workers probably did what they were supposed to do, and we did a walk-through and let it go. It may be we read too much into the terms "wipe-down" and "move-out cleaning" because it wasn't what we expected. If a really thorough cleaning is required, we wouldn't suggest arranging for a service described as "move-out" or "wipe down." It was nice they did the windows at a very reasonable rate, however.

They showed up on time, worked as a team to expedite the tasks. The workers were friendly and professional. They made a great effort to clean my traffic area so it blended in with the rest of the carpet.

They were professional in quote, called in morning to remind me they were on the way, were here on time, worked efficiently, polite, finished job and on way.

Scheduler was very polite & professional. The technician was one of the owners, arrived as scheduled & was cordial. It didnt seem as though he was rushing but when he left a number of areas were completely dry & still dirty. It was apperent some areas were entirely skipped. however the main traffic areas were saturated with water. I've had carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and when they left the carpets smelled clean and fresh every area was evenly damp. When he left our carpets smelled like wet dog! The smell didn't improve as it dried, it smelled worse! He reluctantly came out a second time, his idea of rectifying the problem was to take a spray can of deoderizer and rake it into the carpet that's all. He said it was already clean and would not reckean it. When I questioned him about this and brought up the areas missed. He was quietly very peeved but to his credit he kept composure redid the room. I have to say the overall experience was very uncomfortable and for the price the quality of work is not worth a reference from us.

The owner answered the call in the weekend, and gave me an appointment within 2 days. It was important for me to clean the carpets before we moving into the home. They were punctual, and did a great job.

Bathrooms, appliances, windows looked great. Floors and furniture/shelves were disappointing. Tile and wood floors were swept and mopped; no vacuum so left quite a bit of pet (and human!) hair. There was very visible debris in full view in middle of open floor space. I was told they don't use vacuum on floors because customers have accused them of scratching the floor. The floors under the dining table and bed were untouched, literally (dust bunnies and debris). Entire shelves, benches and table tops were left undusted (I was told they don't move electronics; but the device didn't need to be moved) not to mention all light switches and frames. There was a spider web in a corner on the floor, indicating that that corner hadn't been cleaned. I sent one of the cleaners back specifically to take care of it, then later found that it was still there (maybe couldn't find it, never asked)! I was impressed that Bill came by personally to collect payment and ask about my opinion of the work. I was candid (I was vacuuming when he came in!). And he attempted to direct his cleaners to correct the problems. I just lost patience checking every room and corner so eventually let it go. I really appreciated Bill trying to make things right. and he gave me a discount (20%). I would have much preferred to pay full price for a job well done.

I had a renter in my house for a little over a year and a half. Unfortunately I lived out of the state so I was not able to keep up with the house as much as I would like. When the renter moved out they left the house trashed. When the property management company showed me pictures, it was a couple days before I was moving back with my family. I did not feel comfortable moving my young children back into the house without having it cleaned first. I contacted Palladino's cleaning and they offered to go in the next day and scrub it down. The worst thing in the house was the carpet and unfortunately they were not able to save it. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would use them again.

Two of the crew called ahead and arrived as scheduled. Very polite and friendly. They did a great job on windows, blinds and carpets . One hour later the rest of the crew of 3 arrived to finish the work. Very pleased with the work done.

Palladino's Cleaning Service accommodated my schedule but at the end of the day I see streaks on the windows and I found places that weren't totally clean. I rushed them because I moved in on them. They cleaned out my rental house and the movers were coming with my furniture. It was livable but I did have to reclean quite a bit. When I talked to the owner of the company he walked me through all the aspects that they do in their new construction and cleaning the window tracks was one of them but they didn't do it. I had to ask them to do it. I should have been able to let them go and they find what's dirty and needs cleaned versus me having to point it out.

Very good job. house was dirty as we had lived there for 10 years and alot of the items had not been moved during that time.

Palladino was a pleasure to do business with. They were less than the competition and delivered excellent service. They sent two different crews, one to do the house cleaning and a professional carpet cleaning crew right afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good deep clean for a move out or on a regular basis.

From the onset of our requesting the home be cleaned, we increased the items we wanted done but the cleaning service was able to accommodate us. On the appointed morning one of the two managers of the company came with their crew. We went over what we wanted and he said he would call us when they were done. Later that afternoon they called us, we came back, inspected their work and were pleased the house now had sparkling clean windows, non greasy surfaces and a very pleasant fresh smell. The cleaning service washed all of the walls, concentrating on the klitchen and family room (one large room) since that was where the grease was concentrated, they cleaned all of the hardwood floors, santized the bathrooms and cleaned the tile and grout in the bathrooms and the laundry room. They did in one day what would have taken us days or weeks to accomplish. This is how we hoped the home would have been when the former resident vacated but it took a team of people to transform the house back into a livable home. The house was now ready for the painting crew (from Angie;'s List) to complete the transformation with fresh paint.

Bill, the owner, definitely went above and beyond. My tenant left the unit trashed, and being an out-of-state landlord, I had to completely put my faith in Palladino's to get the unit ready for the next tenant. Although I made it clear to the tenant that we expected the apartment to be left in good shape, he did not do a lick of cleaning, apparently. (Bill's crew said, I believe, that it looked like a "pack of bums" had been living there. Great...) Not only that, the tenant left a bunch of trash and personal articles behind, including a mattress (!). After confirming that he had in fact abandoned these items and was not returning for them, I had to schedule Palladino's to come out on a second call, this time to haul this trash to dump, while the new tenant was moving in. I really appreciated that in spite of the unexpectedly bad condition of the unit, Bill honored the original quote I had been given.* (I felt so bad for his crew that I sent extra money to tip them for the additional hours they spent.) He also accommodated me by scheduling the trash hauling for a reasonable rate, and on a Saturday. I really benefited from Palladino's being a one-stop shop in terms of the services they offered, and I will definitely use them again when vacancies in my other units arise. *I received a quote over the phone a couple of weeks in advance of the date I needed cleaning services performed. The person I talked to explained that he was the business partner of Bill, who was out of town; and after I described the unit (studio; laminate floors) that I needed cleaned, he provided me with an over-the-phone quote. He told me that when I called again to schedule the actual appointment, I should explain that I'd received this quote from him. I did so a week or so later and spoke with Bill, who did question the number I had been given, saying it was lower than what he would have quoted me. However, after he confirmed the details with his partner, he honored the original quote I had been given. The fact that the quote was already low made me very appreciative that he stuck by it and the job was still done thoroughly even when the actual condition of the unit was much worse than anticipated.

They were on time and finished in a little more than an hour. Different worker this time but just as professional/pleasant as the last fellow.

The bathrooms were ok. The grout did not turn out very well which I was not expecting much but I expected much more for the rings in my tubs which you can get out. The mirrors were spotted and so were the fixtures from the cleaning chemical. I think this service is best used for people that are not living in the home yet or are fully moved out of the home. That is where all of their good reviews come from and I am living in my home and wanted a complete spring cleaning. I had to call Bill, the owner, because after I looked around more intently, which was after the gentlemen cleaners left, I was very displeased with the dusting, baseboards, and walls. The kitchen appliances were cleaned very well and so were the cabinet faces in my kitchen. Behind my fridge was not cleaned and apparently they do not clean behind your oven/range which I expected them to do. I did not like Bill's overall tone with me but I was promised to be refunded half of my money to my request because I felt like that's all I should have paid. So, although I did not receive the cleaning I liked I am satisfied to be receiving a 50% refund. The cleaners themselves were very nice and a father/ son team which was pleasant. They were personable and they did work hard I think there was maybe just a miscommunication from what I wanted and expected and what was performed. I also did do a holiday tip for them because they were nice and did work hard, just not at all was the work what I expected or desired. Anyway, all in all I am sure they're good for vacant homes but I didn't think it was good for my home. I just felt mislead to believe that the services would be up to standard for a house that people occupy.

Spoke with Bill (the owner) on Thursday 11/15, and he had a crew sent the next day to a house I had purchased. The home is a large (+3200 Sq. ft) custom home with huge windows, tile and carpet. The crew spent the entire day at the house and cleaned it very well. They cleaned the carpet, tile, windows, appliances, cabinets, sinks, bathrooms, counters, fans, blinds, base boards, furniture and the bathroom in my workshop for around $850. Which I was happy to pay. They did such a good job I had them clean one of my rentals the following monday, which they did an equally good job with for about $450. Very happy with the service, the employees worked diligently, and finished the jobs in a timely manner. I still cannot figure out how he makes any money with his prices being so low.

Ghee and Jason showed up promptly at 7am ( bill gave me times between 7am -7:15am). Very polite and professional. They did an excellent job and were gone by 9:40. Perfect! I will definitely use this company again! Thanks Pisano!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Palladino's and highly recommend their service! From my first call to Bill to paying for the service, he and his team were professional, courteous, respectful, thorough, and provided great service. Worth every penny! Thank you so much to Palladino's and the team that came to clean the house. I appreciate your amazing customer service and fantastic, complete deep cleaning service!

Went extremely well. Shannon & Wayne were responsive to our inquiry, provided the estimate right away, scheduled the work, returned to help us select color of grout sealer & showed up on time to do the job. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and quality was outstanding. Looks like we just installed new tile! They worked extra hard to remove old grout from the texture of the tile, which was NOT easy! I would highly recommend them - great job & great value!

Two crew members came out and got right to work. Robert (I believe that was his name, sorry if I am mistaken) was very personable and again explained what all they would be doing. They did the exterior and interior windows and a wonderful job of cleaning the inside of the home. I would highly recommend Palladinos for anyone in need of a good, thorough house cleaning. I was very impressed with the job, which was well done. The home has been vacant for over a year, so you can imagine how the dirt and dust has accumulated inside. There was only a couple of things I had to question. One, I noticed one of the exterior screens on one of the windows was badly bent. I brought this to Roberts attention and we both took a look at it. Upon closer examination, the entire screen had been broken. Apparently it had been difficult to remove and the crew member broke it when he removed it. Both Robert and he worked at the screen to get it back in the tracks and it didn't look as bad as it did prior to them working on it, even though it is still broken. (The frame was broken off the screen and badly bent). Hopefully, it will pass inspection. I dont think the person that broke the screen was going to say anything about it--it was me that brought it to their attention. Secondly, the refrigerator was turned on by the crew. We had it turned off since the home is vacant and there was no need to have it on and running. ( I turned it back off when I noticed it had been turned on after they already left). Other than those two exceptions, I was extremely pleased with the cleaning job they performed. The crew was there for a good part of the day. They did an excellent job of getting the home cleaned and ready to put on the market.

I have had a good experience with Palladino's on both occasions I have used thier services, form the initial call to them to making payment when the work was completed. they shpw up on time, do the work, and are always very professional.

Palladino's is a great company to work with, they were extremely flexible when I had to change the dates due to my closing being postponed. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The windows were so clean that I thought they were open, they cleaned every nook and cranny in the house including the cabinets, stove, oven, fridge. All of the stains were removed from the carpet. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
