Description of Work: A tree branch had damaged a section of the wall parapet on my two story unit and Eddie came and repaired the damage. He touched up some other areas as well and even trimmed a few branches away from the roof. Eddie appears to be really honest and does a great job. I was also impressed with the on time service and doing more than necessary to insure satisfaction.

Description of Work: Eddie and his crew were punctual, clean, and did a great job fixing our parapet walls. Two weeks later, we decided to replace a set of French doors with a single door. We called Eddie back to see if he could repair the exterior of the house. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job covering up the area where the door resided. We would recommend Eddie and his crew, and HAVE used them again.

Description of Work: We have two homes on the same street and wanted both of them converted from wood siding to stucco. When I contacted Eddie he was cheerful and not hesitant to come from Chandler to Glendale. Eddie's son AC came the next day and provided detailed written estimates for both houses as well as a specific time frame of completion. My son and daughter in law reside in one home and I in the other. We both have two large dogs and my daughter in law works nights and sleeps days. Our requests for special scheduling because of my daughter in laws sleep needs was met, we were able to know when they would arrive and depart so we knew where we needed to have the dogs. The crew was friendly, efficient and was able to explain the process completely. AC during his evaluation was very detailed in the process, but because we were learning a whole new set of terminology until we saw the process we did not know we were going to have more questions. The crew stopped in the process and answered those questions. Because we had two houses they lathed one and then moved to the second one immediately and the same thing happened with the stucco. Everything is guaranteed for two years. When we had the large hailstorm in 2010 both houses had severe damage to the roofs and both had to be replaced. There were multiple delays with the company we hired and we could not communicate with the crew at the home and had to constantly call the sales person to get our questions answered. This company has far exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for STUCCO to be done. My guess is that anywork they do will be top notch.
