Description of Work: Eddie gave an estimate to add brick raising our courtyard 3' retaining wall to 6' high, 15 ft length, stucco and paint. it Eddie's quote was $1,000 which we felt was a fair price after obtaining 2 additional quotes and they were within $100 of Eddie's quote. The job would be done the following week. We would have gone with Eddie after meeting him & the great reviews on A.L., however a person from our church having the same background called and offered to do the job for us at a reduced price so we used him. Description of Work: Stuccoed our walls to the exact texture requested, painted with perfect precision. Overall outstanding quality, very meticulous, honest, on time and reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Woke up one rainy morning, only to find water coming down my chimney. Called Eddie, he came right out and climbed up on the roof and found out that that the flashing around the chimney was part of the problem. He reminded me that our home owners association would probably repair it. He was right, and I have him to thank. At that time he wouldn't take any money at that time, but I told him if the chimney cap, I would only call him.

Description of Work: Repaired parapet walls on roof as well as stucco repair on the inside and outside of the home. In addition painted the areas that were repaired. The quality of his work is as good as you can get! He and his workers are extremely friendly and work their rear ends off. Don't hesitate to use this guy.
