I hired him to repair a Gfi outlet. Of course, it was finally a breaker flip, he said, but he would have to charge me extra for that. He was preparing to leave and I had to suggest that we check to see that it is working after he flipped the breaker. It wasn't. So he took out his screwdriver and saw that there was a wire he needed to connect. He told me he would have to charge me extra for that. The entire repair took 5 minutes, which he found have left without even repairing it had I not made him verify that it worked. He spent 30 minutes writing up the ticket. Tge price was outrageous, work was poor and a tremendous waste of time, fir the majority of it.

Very professional, courteous,and helpful. Explained to me what they were doing as they were completing a job that took about 5 minutes max. Will ask for them again if I encounter any more electrical problems.

They showed up on time and did a good job. They had to go out and get a part that they did not have for the job and they cost a bit more than I was anticipating, but overall, they fixed the problem.

Installed a whole-house surge protector and did it fast and right on the money with phone estimate. Already using again for another project. A

very expensive for work done. There was a valid reason for a switch to fail, but to charge $250 for 20 minutes work to find a faulty wire seems excessive.

My tech was really good and offered some good advise outside just the normal project.
