They are wonderful to deal with. From the moment I booked them I received a call to confirm the appointment. I had a complicated fixture to hang up 19 feet....the first fellow (Ron) was great...he did not have the ladder...as I failed to tell them that....but he reviewed all the parts and pieces of the project and the next day...Will and his partner....came (the boys) as they refer to them that have the very high ladder. All in all I wish all the vendors I work with were so accommodating. They made several suggestions including a new dimmer which is universal for those crazy new LED bulbs. I love the old fashioned ones...GREAT SERVICE and GREAT technicians.

The technician that came out to do the installation did a great job. Was very friendly. We ran into a snag on one of the ceiling fans. Where I thought there was a ceiling fan already installed previously and it would be an easy job, however there was never a ceiling fan installed in that particular spot it was only a light so it needed a few more supplies which the technician came prepared with. It was definitely a very seamless transaction. I’m very happy with the work.
