Good, reliable company. Techs and office support staff are all very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they they changed some of what they agreed to complete in the bid and they were one of the higher bids I received making me think the last thing they should be doing is backing out on something they agreed to do at a set price.

Electrician arrived early (called to ask permission). Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself. Did a little extra by inserting light bulbs in ceiling fan for me. (He was only hired to replace a wall switch for the fan.)

Great customer service when I made the initial call. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Samuel M was on-time, introduced himself first, was very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Cleaned up the work site when finished. Would use them again! Have already recommended them to others.
