They sent out a proficient tech that was very professional. He got the job done in a timely manner and I don't have any complaints.

Excellent customer service. As someone who had very little experience with electrical hard wiring, they made me feel comfortable in all stages of the project. The technicians were awesome and ensured that I was informed and that the work was done to my standards. I would definitely hire them again.

William came to correct the wiring mess a handyman made when he put a dimmer switch in a bathroom. Somehow he crossed wires and connected them to the guestroom ceiling light and fan and an outlet. The bathroom switch controlled the bedroom so when I dimmed the bathroom it dimmed the bedroom. He unwired everything and corrected the connections. He was very knowledgeable. He also checked the other dimmer that the handyman installed and found it also was done incorrectly. Everything was in good working order when he left. I highly recommend William at Bolt.

I live in Mesa, Arizona. It was early morning, Sept. 7th, and it was a sudden, unexpected power failure in some areas of my home; i.e, the regrigerator, the washing machine (yes, I was washing clothing when power went out); no lights in two back bedrooms; no lights in two bathrooms; no power to my microwave; my computer was down. And it was sudden...so, I went out to check the fuse box, thinking all I had to do was replace fuses. But none of them were burned out!..I called Home Advisors for help, and Bolt elecrticity responded quickly, said they'd send someone out right away, and they did!!..Right away meant only a 20 minute wait...the electrician, named Daniel, was great: he looked at the fuse box, checked every fuse and determined that I had another set of fuses behind the standard fuses inside the box and sure enough, one of those major & larger fuse cartridges was burned out...no danger of a major electical fire, no danger of additonal power failure! The electrician, Daniel, explained everything to me: what he was doing and why, and he was most professional in his manner and work. He took his time, wasn't in a hurry, very experienced, knew what he was doing & I liked that. He also had in his truck the fuse cartridge that I needed!!..He checked the power inside my home, everything was OK. He double checked the fuse box to make sure everything was in working order. & it was. Daniel also explained the charges due for his work and I found the charges very, very reasonable & within my budget too. Daniel walked me again through my home to make sure I knew that all was OK, and I was more than satisfied wtih his work. I'll know who to call in my area the next time I experience any kind of a power failure in my home. I hope Bolt Electirc sends Daniel out again when that happens. Aaron was nice, professional and efficient.

Much better value than two others who gave me quotes for the same work. The guys who came were very nice, presentable, cleaned up after themselves and worked well around our customers during business hours. Only gave the 4.5 on work quality due to a tiny mishap that caused lighting to go out in 1/3 of the store for a while, which would have been a non-issue if we had done the work before or after hours. All in all, nicely done!
