Bolt Electric

The electrician showed up without his meter, which he lost. I am astonished that Bolt would send out an electrician without necessary equipment. He had no idea what the problem was and charged for looking at an electrical socket. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. First of all, companies should buy the proper equipment for their employees and not send someone out without the proper equipment. That is a poor business choice.

Big thanks to Matt and his colleague who arrive on time. I placed the request last night received a call this morning from Stephanie who was amazing and very nice to speak with. She worked her magic to get Matt out today in a time slot that would work for my busy needs. Than called back letting me know he can arrive sooner which was amazing! Matt was very professional advised me the whole process what was going to happen. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The Bolt team showed up on time, asked me questions and provided me a quote. When they scheduled the appointment to install, they were able to come back the next day! They asked questions to understand my preferences, clearly communicated how they were going to do the job, and let me know when they encountered a minor issue. They finished the job in a few hours, and billed me exactly what was quoted. Can't ask for more than that!

Showed up on time, explained the work needed to be done, and a fair price. I needed to call back to significantly change the amount of work, but I was still quoted the amount for the minimum work; no service charge which I fully expected to pay. I'm very pleased and will call them in the future.

He did a fantastic job. I had picked out the wrong fitting fixture, and he went out and bought the right one. I almost didn't even notice he was there. He came in, did the work, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would absolutely recommend.

Sam M. came out installed one fan. The switch on the other fan was no good. Sam ordered a new switch. It came in two days ,I called the next day. The following day he came early and installed the fan. The price was reasonable. James M.

Very thorough, explained my electrical problem. Came when promised and made every effort to accommodate me for a return visit. Needed more investigation to find the root of the problem which was outside of the house. Waived part of the service fee and did quite a bit of work within the service fee. Very good experience and would hire again.
